I came in and all the staff were extremely friendly and the manager was able to confirm the coat was true fur and explained to me how she could tell. I did not purchase anything, but they still provided me with such great customer service, I will definitely go back for shoes when in need. They have a great selection of Uggs and Birkenstocks and cute socks. Highly recommend!
