We came in close to closing time to celebrate a family members birthday , pretty big party , and our experience was amazing. They made us feel at home, cooking everything fresh with more than enough food for our party of 7. Even after their posted closing time they did not make us feel rushed to leave. Everything was delicious but I particularly liked the beef than the chicken and kafta. By the way, the chili was spicy for my palate. It tasted good but the heat was intense. I'd say this is good for sharing because we took half of this dish home. * Beef Shawarma - More flavorful than the chicken shawarma but still good. * Chicken Shawarma - This is a great basic dish to try if you haven't had Mediterranean food before. Oh man, I have been sleeping on this place. A hidden gem in MoVal, many probably wouldn't know about how delicious this place is until they crave Mediterranean cuisine. So delicious, fresh, and sooo much food for a decent price. They have their own parking lot so it's not hard to find parking, although I imagine it would get crowded when the gym next door gets busy. I have ordered online before with no issues. Lately when I've tried to order through Uber Eats the site says that they are "currently not taking orders " . Ok, fine. So I looked today (Tuesday) and was happy to see that they were taking orders. I place an order at around 6:00 pm for the earliest delivery time of 7:45 pm. At 7:32 pm I get a notification that my order was cancelled, WTFalafel can't get to my order right now. WTF? So I called and asked if they were busy, no says the lady who answered.
