It was very reasonably priced and the staff is very friendly and know what they are talking about! I had to go back 6 months later for some computer virus and yet again, they were amazing. They are honest and up front and tell you if it's worth fixing or not. I like that about them. I can't stand when a company will just fix something not worth fixing to make a dollar. Then two months later it's going to break. I definitely will always use Computer Escape for all my Computer needs. They do an amazing job.

This is a zero star review! A technician confirmed an appointment then calls me 2 minutes later…read moresaying there is a conflict of schedule and tried to reschedule me for a different day. When I called the technician out for confirming the appointment even though there was a scheduled conflict he got defensive, gave me attitude and hung up on me. He then cancelled the appointment on me. Why would they confirm the appointment if he couldn't make it? It doesn't make any sense. I cancelled the service due to my experience and they tried to charge me a $50 cancellation fee. This company is a complete joke. I would never recommend anyone to use this company. Sony the technician you should do better and be more professional. Please stay away from Hellotech!
