We got a call from a dear friend, life coach Ade, who recommended we see Dr. Mark. Given Dr. Mark also treats a very revered spiritual leader whom we love dearly, it was pretty clear we needed to see him. Upon the first visit, I was amazed that he knew and used many of the modalities I'd read about but never tried. More importantly, he correctly diagnosed the food allergies I was experiencing and what was causing them via kinesiology. He prescribed the treatments using the same. He also gave what I could only call an intuitive emotional healing / clearing session that my wife and I were amazed by due to the stored emotions that came pouring out as I sat crying in the chair while gratefully releasing emotional and energetic blocks I'd had stored since childhood. In fact in Fulton County has this to say: In honor of Mark Armstrong's service to his clients and community, a proclamation was issued by the Fulton County Board of Commissioners proclaiming November 16, 2002 as "Ahimki Center for Wholeness Day." With that - I will share with you my experience: During a routine exam my regular doctor found calcium in my blood and protein in my urine. Tested for UTI (had no such symptoms) and other (I will omit details). Don't think I didn't look up these two symptoms - I did! I went to my OBGYN as requested by my regular doctor and another physician; that physician suggested I go to another another specialist (details omitted). Anyway, on the day of my appointment with Dr. Mark I bring per instructions gallon of distilled water and the vitamins I take daily. Barry, his assistant introduces himself, l follow him to the room which has a light fragrance of incense. We review what I wrote on my chart - he hangs around my neck a long tubular thing that goes passed my lap. He explains how the Ondamed works (visit ondamed.net for explanation). To wrap it up quickly - I have to go: within 30 minutes, after Barry writes down the numbers Dr. Mark has the ANSWER to my condition! He gave me a treatment - I have been experiencing heavy detox symptoms related to my condition first two weeks after that treatment. Yesterday - feeling much better! I will BE HEALED! I have to say that recently the care received from them has not been good. I just had an annual physical conducted by Mary and felt the visit was rushed. Although there are signs posted everywhere that annual well visits should only be that with no mention of other things such as not feeling well, I did mention at the visit that I have not been feeling good for a long while. The conversation was brushed off and I allowed that to happen because I knew I would be getting a full blood panel completed. When the results were received I learned that the white blood cell count was very low and had been that way for an entire year! While this physician group is generally pretty good I feel they have failed me. I had been to that office many times during that one year span for various reasons and no one thought to check previous bloodwork or anything in my file to get to the bottom of why I was not feeling good. What is the point of doing physical exams each year if you cannot go in and discuss any concerns you may have and notice about your general health? It also concerns me that there are many older people who do not manage well with technology and yet they force a new app on all patients to get their results from tests. The quality of care just did not seem up to par on my last visit and they should do better. Mary should do better.
