I tried this place for lunch and did the bowl. Their customer service is great. The are located in this busy mall area with other shops. This mall has a huge parking space in the front. They also have vegetarian and vegan options especially with the bowl. They had good vegetables options and a few varieties of sauce options. I wish the sauces had a listing of what ingredients they use. They are family friendly and business casual. read more

I walked in, I was standing at the hosted stand, waited for literally 5 minutes, I almost turn around and walk out, how do you let a customer standing at the front for 5 minutes? Since it was my first time, I'm not sure do I seat myself or someone will come up and help me seated. I saw 1 waitress working, she was pouring drinks for a table of 8-10 people, for a bit, i seriously thought she's the only one working at the front. Finally, another waitress came out from the back. I seated, already not happy with the service for a first time customer. The other waitress came, asked me what I like to drink. I looked over the menu, and read some the options, seem like the popular dish is the $12.99 lunch bowl, waitress came back, no drink. Asked me ready? Help yourself. Huh? I'm like no I'm not ready, where is my drink? I seriously wanted to walk out. I'm like okay, give it a chance. She came back with my drink, asked me again, I told her, I never been here, how is this work? She said you can take the $12.99 lunch special, or you can do the special combo, which includes drink, appetizer and I think the California roll for $19.99. I told her just do the $12.99, and she told me take this empty bowl and go get my own food, they cook it for you. I'm still very confused, they give you a card, write down your name and your table number. So I'm thinking maybe I take the card with me, I took whatever I like to eat, and leave the card with my bowl for the cook. After few minutes, I was t really sure, do I go get the food myself or the server going to bring the food to me? Very confusing, I read the other Yelppies wrote the server is very helpful to her, but I gotta say, not at all during my visit. We ordered takeout from Wy Mongolian Grill a couple of nights ago and it was delicious! We've driven past it quite a few times and had heard great things about it so we decided to finally try it. I ordered the Chicken Stir Fry and my husband ordered the Beef Stir Fry. I love that they have brown rice as an option for the base! The chicken and veggies in my bowl were cooked nicely and were abundant! The brown rice was a little greasy but the meat and veg were not. I got the Hibachi sauce and it was tasty! We also ordered one order of steamed gyoza and one order of fried gyoza. The fried ones were deep fried which was a surprise because the picture on the menu looked as though they were pan fried. I really enjoyed the steamed one! We will definitely order again! They have a huge menu and I'm excited to add some sushi to our next round! read more

First time trying out this place. The place was clean with very friendly staffs. They have plenty of options on fresh vegetables and proteins. We went with build our own bowl and we ordered the Crab Rangoon and Sushi. With the build your own bowl, you pick the type of rice you want (White, Brown, or Stir Fry) and take the bowl that they give you and pick your vegetables, protein, and sauces and give it to them to cook. You can stand there and watch them stir fry your food. I didn't care about the Crab Rangoon, but the Sushi was great. The bowl was good, but I picked the baby corn with other vegetable and the corn was not fresh at all. But everything else was great. Overall, it was good. If you are in the Lewis Center area, do check this place out. read more

We love DYI stir fry, so thought to try out this place. The service was friendly and we got to choose if we wanted a booth/table. We went with getting one DYI bowl, because that itself is usually very filling. We were given a card to fill out along with our bowl at the table to write down our name, table number, and choice of rice. Here, your stir fry is brought out to you by the server. You do not wait at the grill station. The area with all the veggies and meat choices had trays, which I thought was nice. You can ppace the bowl and card there, along with the egg, if you choose to get any. The spices were all in their original store bought containers and you can just put it on your bowl. Finally, when you get your bowl back at the table, it comes already with the rice mixed in. The meat and veggies were nicely grilled without being under or over done. We all ordered the bowls where we piled them high just as our server suggested. Only two in our party needed the unlimited bowl. Wow! I was really impressed with WY Mongolian Grill. It was delicious and fresh. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they did a great job explaining the menu to us since it was our first time. We decided to do the build your own option. The buffet was very very clean! You start by getting your tray and using hand sanitizer. As you go down the line a staff member is very attentive to the stations exchanging the tongs as needed. There was a nice selections of veggies, seafood and meats. At the end there is a seasoning selection as well as several sauces to choose from. Once satisfied you pass the tray to the staff working the grills and once it's done your server will bring it to you. I really wasn't expecting such a huge portion but it was more than enough, I was barely able to finish my bowl. Everything was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful. Pro tip: get your rice on the side I think the pricing is very reasonable, $14.99 for dinner and if you want all you can eat it is a $4 up charge (but honestly we thought one bowl was enough, the food doesn't shrink down like other places). I have to say this far surpasses the other Mongolian bbq spots around town based on flavors, freshness, and cleanliness. I'll definitely be back. read more

We really liked this place! You can order from the menu like at any Chinese/Asian restaurant or you can go up to the buffet and choose your veggies, protein and sauces. Then the chefs cook it all for you and it is brought to your table. We found the veggies and proteins to be very fresh and tasty when cooked together with the sauces we selected. I'd love a little more guidance on the sauces - I tried to choose based on the descriptions but mine ended up a bit too sweet. When my first lunch plans fell through, I realize this was nearby. And open. It only opened two weeks ago. The place used to be a Chinese buffet. It has been completely redone. Very nice and slick and cozy inside, though pretty large. Service was very good. It's pretty much like other Mongolian grill places. You pick the items, and then give it to the cook, and the waiter will bring the bowl to your table. You can do one bowl or all you can eat. Pricing is about the same as other places. The ingredients seemed a little fresher than, for example, BD's. There is an assortment of sauces, not as many as at BD's. And of course, various vegetables and starches and proteins. Again, not quite as many as BD's. Plus, there was no fresh garlic that I saw. Garlic powder and lots of other seasoning powders. Bowls came out very well. One was not quite enough for me, two was a little too much. I arrived hungry. It was not very busy at noon on a weekday. I would definitely come back. read more

Came for late lunch. Plenty of seating and clean interior, tables and seating. Same as most Mongolian restaurants. Take a bowl load up on veg and meats, add the sauce and drop Off at the counter to be cooked. You have to fill out a card to select the side. Once cooked they bring the food to your table. As everybody else has stated in the past, this new Mongolian restaurant is extremely clean. A couple of differences between this and other Mongolian grill restaurants: they don't give you unlimited rice or tortillas. In fact they don't have tortillas. They only have white rice, brown rice, but they do have fried rice, which is basically eggs and rice mixed in in a sauce. Secondly, they don't have quite as many choices of different meats, but what they have is well done and they do have things like shrimp and squid if that's your thing. I did notice they charge a dollar extra if you want an egg which we did but they ended up not charging us so I'm not sure exactly what that looks like. I really wanted to try the sushi which I've heard so much about but did not get a chance cause I was so full from, my one trip meal. All in all, I will be back as the service and food were great! read more
