We have been in our new home for 2 years now and couldn't be happier. We choose Ronnie Wyatt Builders based on their reputation. He has used the same crew (Shane and Eric) for many years and his brother Ricky is the onsite general foreman. All of these guys were nice and great to work with. The other local contractors that he uses are all very reputable and work closely with Ronnie. Ronnie had a floor plan which was close to what we wanted, but he worked with us until it was exactly what we wanted. Because he has an architect that he works with, he actually took all the changes and made a new blueprint. This helps to keep everyone on the same page. After multiple years researching our choice of retirement community, we needed to find a quality builder to construct our forever home. Our search brought us to Wyatt Builders, in Crossville, TN and Ronnie Wyatt. The one common factor in our search was the quality of all of Wyatt Builders homes. Even talking with the trades people on site, during construction, we were told "You know its a "Wyatt home and you better do it right!" or you'll be back to correct it. Working with Ronnie Wyatt, and his field supervisor (and brother) Rickie Wyatt, you immediately recognized their years of experience, knowledge, and willingness to please the customer. Wyatt Builders basic building materials are always above minimum standards, generally at a mid-grade or above, and they were willing to make any requested upgrades you asked for. We NEVER felt like Wyatt Builders was trying to cheat us or pull something over on us. The Wyatt brothers lived their religious beliefs and treated everyone with love and respect. I have recently moved into my new home built by Wyatt Builders. This is the second home I have had built by Ronnie Wyatt which speaks for itself. Both experiences were top notch. This builder wants to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your new home. He stays in touch with you every step of the way getting your input and keeping you posted. He has excellent contractors working with him who have been with him for years. If he sees something he is not satisfied with you can be sure it will be addressed to his and your satisfaction. Having worked with Ronnie before, I never once questioned or worried about the quality of the second home. I knew it would be right and that is a major concern when you are investing in a home. There are always glitches when building a new home, but with Wyatt Builders you know they will be taken care. All of my friends who have been in the home have raved about the quality, some of whom are in the building business. Wyatt built a pretty nice house, but the builder never followed through fixing a few items that needed repair. He told me I was in good hands like Allstate and to trust him after I had just let a potential client of his tour my home. I fixed everything myself. read more
