Extremely Disappointed with My Recent Experience
I'm writing this to express my frustration after an extremely unpleasant experience at your store. I was accused of stealing a Wycon product, specifically a lipstick, and the way I was treated was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
A staff member approached me and rudely demanded that I hand over a lipstick I had in my bag, claiming it was a tester. I tried to explain calmly that the product was mine, and that I didn't steal anything, but the situation escalated unnecessarily. As a loyal Wycon customer, I've always felt comfortable carrying your products, but this experience has completely changed my perception.
Instead of a simple apology or acknowledgment of the misunderstanding, another staff member came over and started yelling at me. As a paying customer, this treatment was incredibly disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in your store.
I am deeply disappointed and will never purchase from Wycon again. I expect immediate action to be taken regarding this incident, and I request an apology for the way I was treated. Please contact me as soon as possible to resolve this matter.
