Would Not Recommend…read more I hired The Harris Law Firm in April to draft a straightforward pre- marital agreement. During intake, I was assured this scope was standard, could be managed in a timely and cost effective way. Instead, the firm assigned a senior attorney to supervise and coach a junior attorney without my knowledge or consent, billing me full rates for both attorneys across internal coaching sessions and joint calls. That dynamic resulted in an over-complicated, 36-page draft that caused the firm to miss my wedding milestone entirely. Immediately following the missed deadline, both handling attorneys abruptly left the firm. At that point, I considered leaving, but the firm admitted in writing to $2,905 in improper billing. I agreed to stay on the express condition that the conceded credit be promptly disbursed and a successor attorney finish the document efficiently. Instead, the successor attorney confirmed in writing that the original draft was unusable and had to be scrapped to start fresh from a new base. What followed were multi-week communication lapses where my emails went unanswered and the firm withheld my conceded refund for 2.5 months. In August, after months of inaction, I set clear final deadlines for the refund to be processed and for a completion commitment. The firm ignored both. After five months, thousands of dollars, and three successive attorneys, I was forced to terminate representation with zero legal protection in place and dispute unearned fees for abandoned work. If you value transparency, basic responsiveness, and timely delivery, I strongly advise looking elsewhere
