I've been a customer at Wynn's (and a friend of the owner) for over 15 years. Without consideration of the friendship, I can honestly say that the service is EXCELLENT. I don't know what happened to the two ladies who have written the negative reviews, but I am SURE that whatever happened, it was an aberation.... These folks run a very good, very efficient, and very friendly operation, for a LOT of customers, and on the MANY times I've come in to pick something up, I've never heard another customer with a serious complaint. If you call ahead, the order is ready when you get there (unless the doctor or insurance company has been tardy updating the prescription). The pick-up is fast and courteous, and if something does go wrong, for whatever reason, they fix it on the spot. When I need advice about a particular drug or treatment, Drew and his crew are always ready to give GOOD, PRACTICAL advice. In emergencies, they will usually volunteer to open up the shop and/or deliver if necessary. My mother lives in an assisted living facility, and Wynn's "bubble packs" her several prescriptions into grouped doses for each of the several times a day when she gets something, and then delivers the bubble packs to her facility. Yes, you can sometimes get some things a little more cheaply from the Insurance company pharmacy. Personally, I GLADLY pay the small amounts extra to be able to take advantage of the excellent service and advice Wynn's provides. read more

My initial review was based on the actions on one employee, and they are not a reflection of the other employees or owners of the pharmacy. I was angry at the time, and I will leave it to mother to speak to the head pharmacist about her experience. I appreciate the head pharmacist reaching out to me. My experience with Wynn's has always been a positive in the past, and I hope to continue to use Wynn's as my pharmacy. read more

Wynn's Pharmacy always delivers top notch service no matter how busy they are. If you need something, they will go above and beyond to help you however they can. We trust them and love the personal service they provide. You can't get that at big stores. The staff is tight knit and work together as a team. Love our local, amazing pharmacy! read more

Above and beyond for even the littlest of patients! When my child needed some oral numbing medication after oral surgery, Dr. Duncan (pharmacist) got it tasting better with bubble gum flavoring so my child would let us put it on. (Before the flavoring, my child would gag from the taste and cry when we tried to apply it- now we can put it on without a problem!) read more

I went to get a RX filled on 5/20/17, the Pharmacist was so rude & wouldn't even fill my prescription or give a reason as to why. It was for pain pills, as I just had a surgery the day before. My normal Pharmacy is in McDonough because it has the lowest price for one of my prescriptions, $75.00 less, so that is why I use them. I just had my Dr., call in into the closest pharmacy. I had only moved to Griffin in December of 2016. I was in sooo much pain. I think she thought I was a drug chaser & that was probably why she was so rude & didn't fill it. If only she had talked to me instead of putting a label on my head, I believe she would have filled it. read more

Wynn's is one of the reasons I love living in a small town. The staff gets to know you and your family by name. They take the time to explain your prescriptions, will deliver them to your house, and ensure your medication is correct and won't interfere with other medications. As a new mom, they've been very patient and thoughtful in helping me with my son and his medications. read more

I have used this pharmacy for years! They are friendly, efficient, and they go out of their way to help you. The pharmacist's are nice and knowledgeable. They even bubble wrap my prescriptions so I don't have to count out my pills. Another plus, you can put meds on an account and pay for it once a month. Definitely a five star business! read more

I so wanted to like this pharmacy. I'm all about supporting small businesses in small towns. After my horrible, I mean horrible, experience with CVS, I thought it was high time I try a local pharmacy. Unfortunately, Wynn's kept disappointing me with the slow wait time. The drive through is sadly just a slightly more convenient way to wait 20 minutes for them to retrieve your prescription. This past Friday, two days after I'd called in my refill, I went to pick it up, and waited 20 minutes at the drive-up window. When I asked the nice clerk what the hold up was, she said they got busy inside. It appears they only have one point of sale system in the whole pharmacy. I bet if they purchased another one for the window, they would move customers quicker. I moved my prescriptions to another small pharmacy in town because Griffin is the Land of Small Pharmacies. With this many options to choose from, they really should step up their game. We shall see if U-Save-It will live up to my (not so crazy) expectations. read more

We have lived in Griffin for one year, after 77 years in Atlanta. We get prescriptions filled there at Wynn's Pharmacy. Yesterday was my birthday. Someone called from Wynn's, left a message on my answering machine and said...."We appreciate you as a customer and want to wish you a happy birthday. If you telephone us, our staff will all sing the Happy Birthday song to you". What a thoughtful gesture!! I cannot imagine something like that happening up there in those garbage pits of Fulton and DeKalb county. All I ever got up there was someone snarling at me with lips poked out and being mad at the world. We just love living here in small town Griffin and needless to say, we will be Wynn's customers forever. We find the service prompt, courteous, and the prices fair.(We wouldn't move back up to Atlanta if the house was free....and we were both born there in Crawford Long...went all through school there and we will NEVER go back.) I would not give this pharmacy anything less than 5 stars. The staff is one of a kind! They are all so nice and willing to go above and beyond to help you in any way that they can. There is a lot to be said in trading with a local business. For example, one Thanksgiving I forgot to get a medicine refilled. I sent Drew Miller (the owner) a message panicking about not having my medicine for holidays. He told me that he would be going by the pharmacy the next morning (Thanksgiving morning) and would be more than happy to fill my medicine for me. Wow!! I definitely give this pharmacy 5 stars. After many years of going to chain pharmacies I decided to switch to Wynn's after hearing all the great things about the pharmacy and their pharmacist's. I have been nothing but very impressed every time I go in, or call. Everyone there is very personable and I will highly recommend this pharmacy well above any other pharmacy I have ever used. Its awesome to go to a pharmacy to get prescriptions for yourself, or children and not feel the best; but, end up leaving with a smile on your face because you love the staff that much. This is truly how I feel about Wynn's and in some strange way I look forward to my next visit. read more

Wynn's Pharmacy can score nothing less than 5 stars. They welcome each customer and treat each with utmost courtesy. New prescriptions are reviewed with customers. They also are able to mix up medicine for pets as prescribed by veterinarian. If you can't make it inside and the drive up line is long, just park and call the pharmacy. They will bring it out to you! There is nothing to big or small for this family owned pharmacy. read more

We had a dog ingest some medicine from another pharmacy and only had a few letters on the bottle, one on the pharmacist was able to figure out was and help ease our mind. If they do not have my medication (which I know I am the only person at the pharmacy who get it), they are quick to order it.
