Taking advantage of a very good Easter deal we enjoyed a very comfortable and restful night's stay here last weekend. They could maybe do with not having the stairway radiators on quite so high as with heat rising the upper floors/landings were very warm indeed but absolutely no issues in terms of cleanliness or facilities.

The guest house is warm and comfortable and rooms are large and airy. Plenty of hanging space and drawers in the room and a bathroom where you could 'swing the preverbial cat'. Tea and Coffee facilities in the room were not the usual '2 bags and 2 sachets'. There was a large bowl with plenty of tea and coffee (decaf as well), plenty of milk and sugar and biscuits. And to top it all off bottles of water. Better than most large chain hotels provide. Everything was topped up every day. Breakfast time was agreed in advance - to make sur eit was convenient for us - and is served in the large light dining room on the ground floor. Fruit juices and fresh fruit and cereals are available to help yourself and fresh tea and coffee is served along with freshly served cooked choice and as much toast as you would like. All in all a home-from-home and somewhere I WILL be going back to in the future.
