I received a thank you card in the mail during the time of all these issues touting their quality products - which rubbed me the wrong way since I was waiting and waiting to hear back with a resolution. Finally, refunded me the shipping cost, which fell short of resolving all of the issues; I would not do business with them again. UPDATE Dec 2015 -- Keith, I did write you (directly) and your team, about 12 separate times. The last was August 5, 2015 and no one responded. You were copied on some of the correspondence. A credit was promised and a credit was never received. I just emailed you all of the past correspondence.

His professionalism and experience were so evident throughout the whole evening! My husband and I were clueless about what to ask for and expect when it comes to DJ's and their services. Joe held our hand the whole way explaining options, etc. He listened to our requests and put together a killer playlist. He cared about the subtle details and showed that he wanted to make our experience unique. Since he also provided our ceremony music, these details and timing were very important and I was amazed at how it all came together so well. He is the best of the best in my book and should the need ever arise - I would hire him again!

Joe did a great job of all of the prep work before hand and provided us with a lot of valuable guidance as far as the timeline, the song list, and the lighting for our reception. He spent a lot of time with us planning the details of our day and how the night was going to go. Some thing I loved particularly about Russell Sound Lab is that they are very upfront with their pricing and packages. We also had them do up lighting for our reception and it looked amazing. It completely set the mood for the night and changed the tone of our reception in the most wonderful way. Bruce was our DJ in charge of the music for the night and he did a fantastic job. He was a great MC with an awesome personality, was very accommodating to requests (we specified that we wanted to take requests), and modified the music anytime I asked. Our dance floor was packed all the way up until midnight and we had a wedding reception for the books. You can't go wrong with this company!

This location is easy to access with a parking lot right out front. I recommend bringing your project in on a flash drive in a number of formats in case you need to make changes. You can also upload your file in advance if it's really large. If you're working on behalf of an organization, be sure to bring your tax exempt paperwork or ask if they have it on file already.
