I had a horrid experience because their name is misleading. Not lawyers and selling point help with a bank account. I had issues with their website and the agents were condescending and rude. Illiterate and no technical skills. I had to help them figure the simple issue unable to login and links not working to set up bank account. I had to contact bank myself . No help from this company. 11 months 20 days they began charging 6/1/25 (invoiced me also)& 6/18/25before our agreed renewal date 7/19/25 with 365 days of service. They literally charged me for the same services at the beginning of the year and again at the end of the year, arbitrarily moving my annual renewal up to December of 2025, from the February 1, 2026 due date, thereby duplicate billing for periods of time that have already been paid for. I chose CloudPeak Law / Wyoming LLC Attorney about four years ago and had a good experience throughout. For the first time last year, I got onto automatic payment. I monitor my renewals very closely and evaluate whether I would keep services and allow auto-pay to occur, or whether my needs had changed and I would want to cancel. My projected auto-pay date in my portal was March 31st annually, and the previous year's payment ran on March 15. I didn't intend to renew this year, and had set up a reminder to close the account pending certain information I was waiting on on March 7. Because they billed me early by 2 weeks, without notice received, according to Wyoming LLC Attorney, I am not eligible for a refund of $179 for a future YEAR of services we have not even started yet. This is really gross policy and I don't think it's good faith. Everything about 3 interactions I had about closing my account now has given me the clear understanding that they measure success off of how little they work with a person on specifics relating to their situation. There is no reason not to take responsibility for poor communication and early payment pulling, where the customer will hold the bag. The refund that I requested is for 12 months of Registered Agent services WHICH HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED YET. Garbage company. On December 6th, 2024, I utilized this company's online form on their website to request their LLC registration service. Without confirming that I met all requirements to register an LLC, they charged me their full price of $199USD for registering the LLC. Shortly after, I received an email from them stating that I had to fill out another form. This form required a passport number, which I do not have. At no time during the initial process was it stated on their website that I would need a passport. In emails with their customer service rep, Anthony, I was informed that they couldn't complete the process without a passport, and that I should have done my research. They've refused to refund me for the credit card charge, which is unauthorized, as it would only be an authorized charge if they could fulfill the service they're charging me for - which they can't. read more

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had. I had a simple request of ordering a foreign entity registration for nys as the company was opened in wyoming. Ordered on jan 29th. I call on the 6th and they tell me i needed to press a tab on the system for it to be managed. I missed and email so thats on me. I didnt receive a call but already paid for the service and i have a closing coming up so time is of the essence. I click the tab on the 6th with the rep that helps me and he tells me its 7 days...i ask for them to expedite since i have a time crunch. I call on the 14th and they tell me it was mailed on the 12th. They give me a tracking number and instruct me to call the secretary of state and give them the tracking number. I call the state has no idea whats going on. I call back WALLC and they said oh thats a tracking number for the postal service. the 7 days starts from when the form gets there..not once was i told this. I formed my LLCs with Cloud Peak (aka wyomingllcattorney.com) in 2021. One company was formed in 24 hrs with immediate confirmation. Second one was formed at the start of a $130K business deal that was time sensitive and I was waiting for formation so I could bid. No confirm came for 3 or 4 weeks after I lost the prime business launching deal for the new year 2022. When I called to get progress I was told by paralegal that my state took 2 weeks to form an online LLC and to notify them it was completed (outright gaslighting BS). I spoke to the owner about how this could happen with such a simple ordinary task they do everyday ruining my launch and erasing enough revenue to change my life. Owner was BLAMING ME for their apathy and unprofessionalism that caused a very damaging delay in my business. They were extremely hostile at my follow up for their royal fkup as if I was supposed to not care like they didn't. They notated the conversations like little weenies they are so when I called today a year plus later to find out why the business address they sold me was all over the internet with MANY other different business names but the identical address and suite number. I have an issue related to this law firm and no one is responding to my messages or calls for some reason. Basically, I keep receiving strange spam messages that come back to Cloud Peak Law Group LLC, AKA Wyoming LLC Attorney. I have gotten tons of these messages from different people claiming to be different companies, but it looks like most of these companies are fake... Many of them have one mailing address and one physical address. When I looked up the physical address (across multiple scams), it keeps coming back to 1300 Coffeen Ave Suite 1200 Sheridan WY which comes back to Cloud Peak Law group, aka Wyoming LLC Attorney. On occasion, there is an address listed as 30 N Gould Street, Sheridan WY, which also comes back to Cloud Peak/Wyoming LLC. I have learned this from looking up public business records that these addresses are all associated with Cloud Peak law. Wyoming LLC is a LLC firm with a mail forwarding service-- I'm wondering if scam companies are using the mail forwarding service to have a legit address? Or maybe Wyoming LLC et al are crooks. Anyway, I wanted to let you know... I have saved copies of all the spam mail, but basically there are a bunch of fake websites that are probably scammers who use this firm to make it look like they have an address. A lot of these people have been contacting me and I cannot get them to stop and I would appreciate if you took action on this immediately. I joined on April 11, 2024 within 2 hours the LLC was formed. They are also called WyomingLLCAttorney. After having an immediate issue, 4 hours after forming, it was one problem after another that customer service nor the technical dept could fix. They do not have a good tech department, cannot resolve any real issues. They put you off by saying we will have someone contact you. They never do. I have a disability and cannot fill out a Form without assistance. I did not know after paying $100 for the EIN "package" that I had to fill out my own form, the sales person could have told me. I could do that for Free, but needed support that is why I was willing to pay. But this bunch could care less. I had trouble with the email, because I put in my brand email with the back up and could only use the back up for some reason. This problem was so aggravating and it should not take two weeks and it was still unresolved. I needed the EIN to get my business going. The $325 package I spent and all I got out of it was an LLC and not much else since I can't get into the dashboard to get the EIN. I have over 1 dozen calls and at least 4 hours of wait time over the phone since they never call back all in 11 days. They practice saying I am sorry as a skill set.
