Mostly grassed area with old fruit trees amongst woods, copses, there is scope for a good wander, maybe bring a picnic. Please don't disturb a precious and singular biotope :)

Worked over for the National garden show in the 1980s with plenty of public transport stops all around it is well worth a visit at any time of the year.

Nidda Park is a great place to go on the weekends, especially if you have children (or a bike,…read morelol). There is a playground with a sandpit for the little ones (around 3-4 and up to 7-8) , a zip line for grown ups and teens, and a waterpark for the whole family where the water runs from 11am to ?? during the summer days.
