Ok so I'm not really sure the deal with the folks complaining about attitude. Chris has been at this location for a few years now and every time I've walked in there he's been cool as hell. I don't mind his matter of fairness, humor , conversation.. none why? Because he's sitting in his business all day grinding! It's not cheap or easy especially today. So to bring a little convo, some smiles , light and laughter is a pleasure because we all just are trying to make it and sharing light with others is key! I think reviewers should check their own attitudes and think about how annoying and ridiculous you can be as a customer. You kind of receive the energy back that you out out ‍ be kind all around. It's a clean store, smells wonderful, not junky and not overcrowded with expired products. Now One thing.. they are a litttttle more pricey than some shops. The owners are aware so you needn't shove it down their throats. How many other businesses have raised their prices due to COVID. But the shop is convenient, you'll spend that extra Lil change driving all the way to Sand Canyon for another smoke shop. Give my guys love man!! read more

If I could I would give this place negative stars. The old man/owner that works there is a complete joke. Very rude. Old expired product. They also charge a fee if you use your debit/credit card. I bought a vape and when I got home it didn't work and tried to tell him about it and he wouldn't refund it as a matter of fact he completely lost it while raising his voice and flailing his arms telling me what was he supposed to do about it. I'm not one to just bash people simply because we all have bad days. However as a business owner myself I know things can be rough, but your in business and customers keep your bills paid. I walked in with my brother who actually spoke highly of this place prior to this day, and upon entering a obviously bothered and hurting clerk said " what do you want". Now my first initial emotional response was to walk away and not give him my money. However as an adult I believe In talking with people and seeing the underlying issues. I Understand we all have bad days, shit I have three kids and work with very demanding clients on expensive builds and tons of fires daily, so I get it! However upon asking the second question politely he responded " oh I don't know, we have whatever maybe 8, 10 or 12 I don't know." My brother asked him " is there a problem or issue" he responds "well I didn't tell I you to leave did I ?" Totally uncalled for, but I don't fault people, because I don't know this man and my wife is much scarier than his ass if I didn't come back with her requested items, lol. I just hope whatever this guy is going through he fixes his attitude and understands you gotta tuck your emotions and handle business man. Otherwise close up shop and go get a 9-5. Good luck and I'd avoid this place. As consumers we can spend Money where ever we want, so go else where. read more

If you are looking for attitude and snarky comment, you have come to the right place. You can expect a memorable experience. I am usually not annoyed by bad customer service because they could be overwhelmed or just "forgot" about my order. This place definitely stands out. I first walked in to a quiet shop with the worker in the back of the store. We exchanged eye contact and he quietly walked further back till he is no longer to be seen. 5 minutes had passed and I had to call for the worker to come out. He did not say a word and started to process my powerball ticket. I tried to pay with a 100 bill and he claimed he had no change for that. I was fine with his response since a lot of small business do not have that much cash for change. The best is yet to follow. He took the ticket back and said "you don't have to buy it if you don't want to" in a condescending tone. read more

I went to buy a vape here since it was the closest location to me. I instantly regret coming here. I also bought earlier and they sold me one that didn't work so when I came to ask for an exchange or refund the gentleman was rude and immediately said no. It was irritating and infuriating to try and get a replacement until I said I was going to sue. Then he gave me a new one. I took a picture of the one I bought today from here and labeled as fake and I'm showing my other vape that I got a couple weeks ago clearly they're not the same in color but they are in flavor and I wish I didn't throw the rest of the packaging away. Also full disclosure they don't have a "no return" or "no exchange" policy anywhere in the store. If I was told that from the beginning I would've have stepped in the store. read more

I go in for cigars all the time. The young guy is cool. He just plays online poker or cards. The old man who works there treats me like a criminal. Just left there. Wish I could give zero stars. Walked in door... 'What do you want?!?!' - Employee 'Excuse me?' - Me 'What do you want?!?!' - Employee 'I'm sorry. Are you not open?' - Me 'What do you want?!?!' - Employee 'Some of these. Is something wrong? Am I intruding?' - Me 'Why!?! What do you want?!?!' - Employee 'I wanted to purchase these and you are literally yelling at me. Are you okay? Is everything okay?' - Me Rolls eyes. But realizes it's a higher dollar sale. However a lot of reviews of this location selling faulty puff bars seem to be true bought one yesterday in the evening and it barely functioned getting smoke was impossible without really using all your lung capacity. September 7 2015... this place if awful!!! i called ahead for info about vapor fluid. he put me on hold. i heard him talking to someone else. My girlfriend showed up. He was on his personal cell phone throughout the her entire visit. she asked for help with flavors. he pointed his finger to the selection and offered no help. she made a selection and left. she had difficulty getting her vapor pen to work. she went back into the store for help. he rolled his eyes took the vape from her, he fixed it and handed it back to her without a word. there was an elderly gentleman in the store that wanted lottery tickets. he was ignored. i could tell the sweet old guy was expecting some help. another guy was there shopping for cigars. he got absolutely no help! i could tell when he made his purchase he was very annoyed. he needed help picking out a cigar. he chose something and made no eye contact with the employee. he was angry. my guess is this is a family business and perhaps the employee is the stepson??? GET RID OF THIS GUY HE IS POISON TO THE BUSINESS. NO MATTER WHAT EXCUSE HE MAKES HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS! GET RID OF HIM OR YOUR BUSINESS WILL FAIL I PROMISE YOU THIS. Excellent Location, must have a lot of traffic. The older gentlemen tending the store is a pleasure, the younger guy that constantly makes "tsk, tsk" sounds is more than strange, he never says one word or make eye contact. If the younger guy wasn't there I bet they'd have a heck of a business! Get rid of him already! Today at 6:15pm he took a break and left a sign on the door...at 6:15PM???? That's business time, not BREAK time! I saw a few customers walking away shaking their heads. The young guy obviously doesn't want to work OR be bothered. Sunday morning August 26, 2018 Just went in buy a lottery ticket, young angry guy would not get up and sell me a ticket. Was very engrossed on what was on his computer and just ignored me. I asked point blank will you sell me a lottery ticket. No response, just continued to stare at the computer screen. Working retail sucks, I know but this is one very unhappy dude working there. Probably a family member. My business was small but I've never found this guy to be happy. A couple of times he tried some "fake" happy but I could tell. Probably boss [father?] yelled at him to be nicer. Oh well, this place being next to Stater Bros was convenient but I've had it and will buy my lottery ticket somewhere else. edit: just read the rest of the reviews, guess I'm not the only one. the 5 star review must be a family member trying to up the average but too many one stars. The reviews are hilarious, so I'm not so P'd off anymore. I guess the reviews are more about the young angry dude. Ahh family...what can you do sometimes.
