This is an odd review because XO Marble and Tile didn't actually do the very small tile removal and replacement job I needed. My husband found someone else before I could get together with Jason who I believe is the owner. I gave them 5 stars based on Jason getting back to me when he said he would and his willingness to consider this very small job of removing and replacing 3 or 4 tiles. My husband and I had some water damage in our house which resulted in the removal of our kitchen floor tiles. We had a few tile installers come out to give us quotes, but we ended up picking Jason because he was the only one who really took the time to listen to us and inform us of our options. We also really liked his humbleness whereas the other tile contractors came in with a cocky attitude and acted as if they already had the job. Jason was mindful of the fact that we were still unsure of which company we were going to go with to install our floor tiles and he was respectful of that. After we did pick him for the job, he maintained his professionalism throughout the entirety of the project. He was always very respectful and did an amazing job communicating with us during the duration of the project. Additionally, he was very accommodating to us and our schedules. Jason is very hardworking and his attention to detail is superb. We could not be happier with our new floor tiles. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for any kind of tile work.
