My wife and I have used X-Treme Clean to clean our apartment once a week for 3 years now and they are AWESOME! Lucy is normally the lady that cleans our house and she does a GREAT JOB! I am not usually home when she cleans but when I am, I am AMAZED at how thorough she is! She cleans our ceiling fans and our tchotchkes and vacuums the whole apartment and even cleans the bathroom that we don't use even like we use it! BEWARE!! Our first clue should have been the fact that I couldn't get a detailed invoice prior to accepting their business. They came as planned and left claiming no heat. When the came back we were told the house wasn't clean enough... excuse me? Your staff was there a week prior and no mention of that. So because they had to deal with a few items here and there they couldn't finish the job. What was "done" was half assed. This home was in seriously rough conditions which we made the manager aware of. We pointed out everything. Still no invoice, work wasn't completed and they keep pointing the finger at us. Was told an invoice would be left after they cleaned. A company who refuses to provide an invoice RED FLAG Told us 8% should be added if we pay by check, we paid in cash and now I'm being asked for the $44 I owe them... when they didn't even finish the job! Now we are told the only way to get an invoice is to pay the $44.if we got an invoice as requested many times we would know about the 8% If you finish the job I'll pay the 44! I would stay away from this service. They are a ripoff. They quote not seeing the home, then complain about the cleaning they have to do. I think they want you to clean first, then they can come in and dust. A very bad experience, they were at my house 4 hours and did one hours worth of work. They took a smoke break, complained form 15 minutes about all the work they had to do so I lost half an hour of work. They were horrible... Don't waste your money... I was told after that there are a few good cleaners employed by this company so I must have gotten the worst two they had. read more

The owner never returned calls or emails after numerous attempts. I wouldn't recommend. The most important thing in today's day an age is being able to get to a customer asap. I reached out starting a month a ago and just gave up a week ago. Disappointed to say the least. read more
