At the time, I left a page size file to be printed later (10 on glossy stock). They insisted on giving me a quote. Fine. I had two days to get something printed for a show, and waited that day and half the next for a response. Nada. So I sent an e-mail (I was in yesterday, got this printed, left that file) to inquire about pricing. It was a nice e-mail too, not finger-pointy by any means. Also re-stated the e-mail address and left an additional phone number. Crickets. Nothing. I have a small business and it's critical to me to whom I give work, because I can't afford to make a second or third choice. Plus I want the (vendor, shop, whatever) to actually want the work and/or value the customer. Do I have the wrong haircut? Did i go full-Tourettes and suppress it away afterwards? Not sure why such a simple request couldn't be fielded but I had to scramble for Option B at the last minute, and was unable to do some things I needed for the show. Will not come back here. I've used 562 several times to print laptop decals for my computer, and while previous orders were…read morejust cutouts of my logo and were acceptable, this most recent experience was a complete disappointment. I ordered a full laptop decal to cover the front of my laptop, and the quality was subpar. The decal was covered in visible fingerprints, bent easily, and just looked overall poorly made. When I placed my order this past week, I specifically asked if I could pick it up by Saturday, and the person I spoke with confirmed that would be fine. He asked me to send payment via Zelle, which I did. To my surprise, I was able to pick up the order a day early, on Friday, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived, the four decals I paid $45 for were not even protected--he just handed them to me uncovered. The decals already looked of low quality when I received them, but I remained hopeful they might look better on my laptop. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The quality was terrible, so I sent him videos to show the issues and didn't receive a response. After being ignored, I called today to discuss the situation, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he dismissed my concerns by blaming the installation. He refused to take any accountability and even mentioned that they use the same material on cars. That's irrelevant--I'm talking about the poor quality of the product you made, not how you use it on other surfaces. I try to be fair, but I don't tolerate businesses failing to take accountability and instead shifting the blame onto the customer. That's simply bad business. I was informed that they don't offer refunds because everything is customized, but if a customer is genuinely dissatisfied, there should be some effort to make it right. That's how I believe good business is done, and I clearly do business differently. So, I won't be returning.

Choose from their in-house inventory or provide your own blanks, share your design or logo, and describe whether you need printing or embroidery (the latter may take up to a week). We brought our own grey crewnecks and I simply emailed MAMO the company logo we wanted embroidered on the top left of the sweaters. They digitized the logo for a one-time fee of $30, then shared a photo sample of what the embroidery would look like at the size we requested. Devin helped me coordinate and was very clear throughout the process regarding timelines. Having worked with a fair share of printers for different events, I was really impressed with the quality and pricing MAMO offers - plus, they are conveniently located close to the Long Beach convention center. I'd highly recommend them for projects requiring local pick-up! With the size of our team, we definitely didn't need a bulk order of 500+ items, so it was great to be able to request services for a small quantity. We even got some compliments at our conference!

After months of trying to get a handoff, we finally stopped the payments to his agency. His response was something along the lines of "you have about a week before I delete your site and files" after providing a backup that needed extra expenses in our end to access. There was no support to migrate the site in a simple manner, no credentials were provided, nothing. He kept using scare tactics to keep control of the website until he could not get his way anymore. Definitely a hard pass for anyone that cares about their online image, the price does not come close to the quality or service provided by this individual. Don't every let any website designer hold all the passwords and administrator rights to your project, they will hold you hostage and just ride out a comfortable paycheck until you put a stop to it.
