My experience here was very unprofessional. The service I was requesting was paint correction. I took my car there on a Tuesday about 1PM to get a quote. i spoke with Eric. I had a couple of spots on the paint that concerned him. He said he would like to do a test on those areas first before he can give me a quote. However, that test would cost $75 and would be credited to the quoted amount if I got the work done. I asked could he do the test now. He told me he could not do it that day. We agreed on me bringing the car back on Thursday at 11am. So on Thursday morning at about 10:20am I called to confirm the appointment. I spoke with Eric and it was all good. I was there at 10:55am. I spoke with Eric. He told me to park and bring him the keys. He took the keys. He offered no paper work at all. I thought that was not professional. I looked around and saw workers doing work on other vehicles. Eric told me that he would call me about 2pm. He gave me a cell phone number which his name popped up when he called my phone. I had someone pick me up and take me home about 15 minutes away. At 3pm I called to find out the status. No answer. At 3:30pm I called again no answer. Additionally I called the business line which is a 800 number and there was no answer. 4pm I called again with the same results. I then decided to just go there. I got a ride back there. When I arrived my car was in the exact place where I parked it. I go inside the work area and see Eric. He says he has not done the test yet and will get to it in about half hour. He asked if I wanted to come back. I told him no. I let him know someone gave me a ride so I will wait. He said OK. About two minutes later Eric comes to me and says it would be more like an hour. I told him to give me my keys I am not waiting. He said bring it back another day. 5 years ago I would have went off on this guy but for my blood pressure sake, it wasn't worth it. Now why would this guy set up a day and time for me to come in, have my car sit at his shop for 5-1/2 hours and not do anything. It was very unprofessional and a total waste of my time and causing me to request a ride two times for nothing. I guess he didn't want my money. Went in for both front windows only as I had leased the car. Had both done in an hour and came out great. Was a fair price and smooth process. Only thing is their waiting area isn't exactly comfortable for a longer stay, so plan on getting picked up and dropped off if it's a few hours wait. He was very professional and went into details of how the tinting process would be since I had a pre existing tint on the car that had to be removed. Tesla's have frameless windows so the cut and finish of the tint on the edge was important to me and Eric nailed it with the quality of work. His pricing was very competitive and fair. I did have an issue with a bug that got caught inside the windshield tint but he told me no biggie bring it over and we'll fix it right away and he did just that. We brought my husband's Tacoma here to have the tint taken off and reapplied. It was old and peeling. My husband requested limo tint all the way around and the lightest shade on his windshield.
