    Garbage store garbage service no customer service at and the worst customer service that wants you to still wait over an hour once you bring cable box Back so they can try and sell you some more of their garbage service Xfinity NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS

    Gather around friends, and let me tell you the tale of the time I got kicked out of the Morton Grove Xfinity store! We just decided to switch our internet provider, so I decided to drop off the Xfinity equipment while running errands. Upon entering the store, I'm greeted by a couple of dude bros, one of which tells me I can't return equipment if my name isn't on the account. I then ask him if he can look up the phone number on the account and see i if I'm on it. At this point, dude bro 2 intervenes and says anyone can return equipment. Dude bro 2 then tells me to have a seat, which was confusing, given the employee/customer ratio. There was one family being helped, another family who had been waiting an inexplicable amount of time, and me. There were about 10 total employees milling about on the floor, chatting to themselves, sweeping, and doing other mundane tasks. The first family left after about 10 minutes. Several minutes later, when the other family was still waiting, I asked what we were waiting for, and was ignored. Several minutes later, I stood up and took a panorama shot of the store (apologies for the quality - I was today years old when I took my first), which got the attention of the employee who found it more important to sweep than help customers. When he asked why I was taking pictures, I told him, and then he demanded that I delete the photo. After I refused, he told me to get out and send the equipment back via UPS. With these kind of shenanigans, it's no wonder why Xfinity has such a shitty reputation. Good riddance!

    The customer service is bad. Spending 10hours to speak with 13 different agents. The issue hasn't be resolved.

    Very long wait times just to replace broken Comcast adapter and worn out remotes. Very inefficient.
