Food : the fish was good and in part with decent sushi restaurants I've eaten in other places across the world. Stay away from the fried rice (too oily), ramen (out of a package), and the dim sum (frozen). Stick with the raw fish and rolls.
Presentation: the food is presented in the proper way. However, it needs to be standard that every raw fish dish includes wasabi and shaved pickled ginger, and every table must include soy sauce. You should not have to ask for it. Chopsticks at the table was a nice touch.
Overall: this place has s a good (and popular) concept. The portion sizes are perfect for an all you can eat place and the use of tablets to order is brilliant. Service was attentive and pleasant. If they could tighten up a few things, the eating experience would be better and more authentic, in my opinion.
