I've been exclusively using the wash and fold service and I couldn't be happier. The staff are incredibly friendly, extremely helpful, and hard-working. My laundry has always done on time or even before, correctly washed, and expertly folded. I think I may have lost 1 sock in the months I've been using the service. In contrast my wife was using a local pick up service and in less time has lost 2-3 garments, and not socks, I'm talking dresses and pants. She is now sending her garments with me to Tide. I don't use the self-serve laundry, but the machines look to be in good working order, there are a lot of machines in 3 different sizes based on the size of your load, and there always seem to be plenty of machines available whenever I am there. Also this location is ~30 mins from my home, and I pass another Tide location to get here, not to mention 1-2 local Laundromats in my neighborhood. This location and especially it's staff, have earned my business.

The employee…read morewith glasses moved the cart I was using without asking and even put one of my baskets on the floor. When I told her I needed both carts, but she put it back. I put my clothes in the dryers and stepped out briefly to pick up my mom. When I came back (about 15 minutes later) the employee had taken my clothes out of two of the four dryers I was using, even though the laundromat was empty and there were plenty of open dryers. She said another customer need it the dryers, and later claimed her employer told her to remove unattended loads. I told her that I 100% agreed when is busy and no dryers are available. What bothered me most is the inconsistency! on a previous visit, when the laundromat was extremely busy, I waited over 45 minutes for an unattended dryer because the staff told me removing clothes would be an "invasion of privacy." I used to like coming here and would drive 7-8 minutes from home, even with laundromats closer to me. But after today, I won't be returning.

If you DID NOT wash there, it's only $0.25 per 10 minutes. That's still a helluva deal compared to some of the more dirty but costly laundry spots around town.. What's even better is: it's clean, people mind their own business and there are PLENTY of washers & coin changers for use.

Fortunately it only stunk up a nearby bag in the dryer, I pulled sock out and put it on a machine away from me. No big deal, just weird. A masked lady who worked there was always around. 2nd time fine. 3rd-4th times fine. Last week, I washed and dried all my sheets and blankets using several machines. I read, answered emails during that time. I unloaded the dryers and my most expensive blanket was gone. I looked around, everyone on their phones, masked lady can't be found. Even tho I'm a perfect tenant, I was pushed out of my home recently, I'd always paid the rent, respectful to everyone, an influx of illegals tripled our rent and everyone except illegals , their friends, and a few wealthy tenants got to stay. It was city-wide. I can't ever afford that specific blanket ever again, they may think they struck gold, but I can't help it, I don't respect thieves nor liars. They cheap and low. I refuse to have to sit and stare at my laundry while it's drying. I was very upset for rest of day that anyone would steal from poor people, that's entirely gross. I'm not going to insult animals by calling them animal names, and I'm not going to call them slimy. Of course I won't have anything to do with that slimy place again. Thousands of other laundromats not too different, but not there.
