Did an okay job on an acrylic fill with a simple French tip. $88 before tip, when the website says a fill is $48 -- not sure how they managed to up-charge $40. She said it was the design and the shape, although i didn't switch shapes and just got simple white French. I loved my manicure - it lasted for two weeks and I just got a basic mani! We were walk ins too, and it was so nice to be accommodated. Reading the reviews I was very hesitant to go here but my step mom swore by them and said they were nice and amazing. I got a full set and a pedicure. The people were so nice!! And my nails are some of the best ones I got. Kayden ( I think his name is) did a great job and took his time with the design I've wanted. second time I gave this place a chance and let me tell you I won't be coming here ever again!! I asked for a manicure French tip and the guy ( older man) not only was he rude and talking his language yelling the whole time, but he didn't even do the job right. I went back the next day to get my cuticles cleaned because he didn't want to do it when he did my nails even though I asked multiple times to please clean my cuticles! he said no because if you cut them they just grow back.... so i went back the next day and then he said something to the lady and said I didn't ask for a manicure just a French tip.... like what?!!?! absolutely horrible! now I have to go get my nails fixed somewhere else to fix his mistake. please don't waste your money! If i could give negative stars I would. The rudest women were doing my friend and I's pedicure. Blatantly talking about us and laughing. Rushing, not paying attention to their job or me. There for cutting me multiple times, most uncomfortable experience, cold water, worst massage ever, not even giving a correct full pedi (i go twice a month for pedicures and thought I'd try somewhere new. I lowered my rating to one star. Three weeks after my manicure at XO nails, several of my nails continue to chip, shred layers, are so soft I can bend them and keep splitting. I have NEVER had this problem with my nails before. A few are still fine and strong but several are ruined and won't repair themselves until they're completely grown out. read more

4 of us went for mani pedi's. We scheduled a week in advance. My friend got there early and she sat separate from us and got her pedicure started before we even arrived. They didn't listen to what order of color my daughters wanted on their toes. When we got our manicures my friend again sat far from us & sheasked for the 3D flower design and no one knew how to do it. (It's displayed on there yelp and IG page) so she didn't get it. My daughters nails looked so blotchy and the lady didn't get the edges or put a clear coat over it. My other daughter looked like she had an outline she painted the skin. My French tips have streaks and lots of bubbles in them. 4 mani pedi's wasted. We will not waste our money here again. read more

you aren't allowed to make appointments anymore. Which doesn't even matter .... because once I made an appointment for 10:00 and I showed up 5 min early they didn't end up starting my toes. Once 11:45 hit I got up and walked out because I was here to get my toes done for prom and had other plans after my appointment. These people here treat their customers awfully. I've heard a lot about them from mutuals who used to go here too. Now we all go across the street and they're phenomenal and will get you in within 10 min. I will never go back to XO. read more

Unhealthy practice that made my nail instantly bleed, even when I warned tech about my NAIL seconds before. She totally ignored me. She was unphased as was Sonny the owner. I told him that this tech and her coworker beside her were unprofessional to me and my guest who I brought. He was again unphased. My guest was horrified at our tech's behaviors...mean girl stuff! I had two events in Liberty and had to kill time between them so I stopped in and got a pedicure and manicure. The dip nails are so thick they look like bubbles and my pedicure is a complete mess. I tried to tell her I needed them filed down and she tried but I had to get to my next event. I got home (which is an hour away) and called them. I told them I wanted a refund and they were extremely rude and hung up on me. They did tell me they would fix them but I live an hour away and can't drive all the way back there. read more

One of the top worst customer service experience of my life! I made an appointment, showed-up on time, no one greeted me or paid one ounce of attention that I had walked-in. I said I had an appointment at 4:30, to which I was told to sit down. Twenty minutes later, I very politely asked him, the owner, how much longer told to sit down and wait, five people before you honey.To which I said how long is that, also politely, and he said one hour! I had already been there twenty minutes by that point! Had I not asked, he would have left me sitting there..... I could have run errands or what not at the very least, had I known. Then I asked why he doesn't call clients, whom have an appointment, to let them know that they are running over an hour late, to which he said honey I busy honey. You aren't my client honey don't care. I then told him to not call me honey one more time and that it's condescending and sexist. He then ordered me out of his salon. Insane and surreal experience, that I never want anyone to experience as well. Note: The salon wasn't busy, and it was extremely under staffed. Makes sense...... I've been going to Xo nails for about 4 years. I loved going to Winnie he was very detailed and very good at nails I even drove 25 minutes just to get my nails done by him. Unfortunately the owner sonny is very rude. The last time I went he said "we don't have all day to pick a color" you should never treat a customer like that. Very unprofessional. I wish I could rate this establishment less than one star (not sure you can even call it an establishment). First time I went there my nails were AWFUL in so many ways. Decided I would go back and hopefully they would do better. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, right. I absolutely REGRET ever going there, the service is HORRIBLE. They cut my skin around my nails,,, all of them were bleeding and bright red (sore and scabbed for days after). The manger had the audacity to say "oops" and laugh. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!! I didn't even get the option of length or shape before the literal manger/owner decided to cut my nails how he wanted it. How can you just decide what your customer wants. I tried to express I didn't like them and all I was told was "it's fine they look fine".I kept saying I wanted them longer and a different shape they said no!!! I got up after my appointment and was told to pay the most OUTRAGEOUS price for cut up fingers and crooked nails. Worst service and atmosphere by far. I took my husband and granddaughter there for pedicures this afternoon. Found out the hard way that they charge extra for a men's pedicure, which I'm not sure why because they didn't have to polish or remove callouses. Then, they add on $2 additional dollars per person because of Covid-19!! Don't understand that one! We had our own masks and they didn't do anything different except wear masks, which they shouldn't charge their customers extra for! Very disappointed!! Won't go back! I went here before school started to get my nails done and was very disappointed. I called and asked if there was a wait and was told no, upon arrival I wanted 25 minutes and was not greeted. A group of women cane in at least 5 minutes after me and were treated first, until I had said something. The woman half heartedly painted my nails and was very rough with my hands. My nails had streaks and bubbles and I could have painted them better myself. The very next day multiple of my nails were chipping, so I came in and asked for a credit to get it redone. Called and asked if there was a wait, they said no. Showed up, waited 10 minutes for chair at another 10 on the chair.

Waited for an hour (8/14/16) for rushed and sloppy service. None of the tools used were sterile or clean. After use, all tools were returned to a drawer or Tupperware storage container. Nothing came from a package (so an autoclave was not used.) The tech had to knock dead skin off of the buffing block before use on me. The same tech trimmed my cuticles, and used the same tool on my mom sitting next to me, with my skin (trimmed cuticles) still on the tool. Very unsanitary & gross. I do not recommend and will not be returning here. read more

I went in for tips and they weren't done properly. I had to take Tylenol when I got home and couldn't use my hands all evening due to the pain. When the tech was applying the powder, she got it on my skin and cemented my fingers to the underside of the nails. When I told her the powder was burning my skin, she didn't wipe it off--just told me I'd get to wash my hands in a minute. I'll try other nail salons next time but I won't be going back to XO. read more
