They know us by name and the care and love they show our son, is what every Mama wants from the people they are leaving their child with. His teachers are just as caring! He just loves Ms. Taylor! I knew then that they truly do love and care for my child and I knew this was the place he would be until he starts kindergarten. I cannot say enough good things about The Goddard School of Haslet! From a privacy perspective, I would expect more from a preschool. Regarding this particular Keller location, my nephew attended school here a year ago. He is on the spectrum, within one week he was asked not to return. The facility did not contact him directly, rather was told not to return by a note in his lunchbox.

Only thing I would change is the parents portal online which now it's not really a tool, it's just there with your info. After resigning, the director refused to pay me for the time I worked and responded to my concern with hostility and gaslighting. I've worked in early childhood education for over a decade and have never been treated so unprofessionally. Be cautious.

Mrs. Cain- Preemptively enrolled my children in this daycare even though my ex and I share 50/50 custody and everything went down hill from there. ( They are only profit driven at least at this location) The kids continue to tell me that there is never any soap refilled in the dispensers and therefore my children were coming home sick every other week because basic safety features were not followed. Moving forward- The accounting department knew we were 50/50 custody and I asked a number of times to type up two different accounts so my ex (The FBI Special Agent) and I can keep our billing different. Things got progressively worse here and we came to a head when Mrs. Cain didn't know my children's whereabouts, even though they ride the CLA busses. How is this safe?? I own and operate a small business myself and I would never care for my patients the way CLA care for their children and respective families. I am a doctor and I am appalled that Mrs. Cain did not follow the divorce decree from day 1 and went by the verbal consent of my ex Mr. FBI Special Agent. I cannot speak any worse of this facility. My girls were called into the office and nothing was ever documented if it made the center look bad. Tell you what, not only are we paying over $1400 for a preK course (don't forget additional "add-on" charges for "art" or "stem"courses) but my child has been through more than 8 "teachers" this is within 6 month span. Consistency is null, care is null, spiritual/ Christian learning is absolutely null. I have watched good friends come and go in shapes of little humans to teachers. I am saddened to watch my son go there, knowing he hates it and says "momma here sad, here sad" every single morning. I am saddened by knowing that they change his diaper only TWICE in a whole 12 hour span and has this inhumane rash that eill not go away and every time i pick him up he has a diaper sagging filled with pee and poop tgat i have to ask them to change (they always pretend that they "just" changed him, really? Every time he just happens to have overflowing diaper?). I am saddened seeing my son come back to me hurt physically each and every single day, every day it's a new excuse and now they don't even tell me that he got hurt, i get the agony of finding that my child is hurt and neglected all on my own, nightmare of an idea. I'm saddened to see him starving and begging for food the second he sees me, shouldn't he be fed? This is a toddler that eats everything, not a picky eater at all. The new director is less caring than the old one and neither could retain the good staff members. When everyone runs away, then you know there's something going on. They WILL and DO neglect children (I've witnessed it), they WILL and DO speak harshly to children (I've seen it first hand), they WILL and DO rob you blind while impeding growth of children while taking on the label "CHRISTIAN" to make believe without even a single Christian behavior. Sad, supremely sad how we pay so much to watch our children hurt mentally, physical and with growth. I'm having to wait out the 2 weeks notice, it's agonizingly long.

From what I observed, there was a very negative atmosphere that seemed to come from one person in particular. This individual created tension among the staff, fostering a culture where everyone felt pressured and unhappy. It seemed like they encouraged negativity and even resentment toward certain people, which made the environment toxic and uncomfortable for all employees and the kids. Because of this, the energy at the center felt really bad. My child did not enjoy being there, and I could see how this negativity impacted the overall experience. It was sad to see such a promising place for children being overshadowed by poor management and toxic dynamics. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.

I can't say enough good things about Kiddie Academy. I posted this review on their Google page last year, and all of it still applies and so much more. They have been so amazing through all of the Covid concerns, and worked with us as parents when times were so uncertain. Here is my review from last year: I toured so many daycares before choosing one for my then 18 month old. For some reason this one did not show up on my search and we ended up at Goddard. We spent 6 months there and it was a really rough 6 months... we decided to try a different place because too many incidents continued to happen. We were referred here by a friend, and signed up at our tour. I cannot say enough good things about this center. The rooms are huge. You have the option to see your baby on camera throughout the day. The teachers are so calm and sweet. They go above and beyond the state teacher to child ratio requirement. The front door is very secure. They provide meals, cots and sheets that they wash daily, and sippy cups for you baby. They have an indoor play area for bad weather and a splash pad. Our daughter had a little accident and they were quick to call my husband and I to let us know, and we were able to watch the accident played back to us since there are cameras. Just a tiny fall. There's a million other great things about this center, but these are just the ones that our previous daycare didn't offer. We were also paying more at our previous daycare. We feel so secure here!! Everything we wanted and so much more.
