TL, DR: Great communication. Arrived inside their promised window. Very friendly. Excellent pricing. Full review: I'm a maker/artist and a DIY-er. I've done a lot of furniture building and renovations over the years, which has left me with chunky yard-hogging garbage piles in my back yard more than once. Each time one happens, I've called a junk company. I've had a mixed bag of experiences. The last company I tried to hire stood me up, so I was glad when Randy called to tell me they were ten minutes away. When the two-man team got to my house, they looked at the pile, gave me a flat price which was lower than the no-show company had quoted. Randy didn't know that as I didn't tell him he was my backup plan. His rates are legit based on what he sees, not what he thinks he can get from someone. I really appreciate that. They made short work of a huge pile of boxes, old fixtures, dead lamps, yard debris, and more. They weren't here longer than 25 minutes, if that. Very friendly. Very professional. I am keeping Xpress Junk bookmarked. I know I'll need to have another load hauled eventually, and I wouldn't go with anyone else now that I've found them. Randy is a total pro! He was extremely flexible in scheduling a pickup at my parent's home. He called ahead to ask if he could come a little early, which worked well for us. They have done two pick up for me and both times did a great job! They're friendly, fast, and affordable. The last pick up I wasn't able to stay and they cleaned up everything in the garage, closed it for me and texted me to confirm they were done and it was all locked up. Randy and his team were incredible. I work and go to school full time, and really needed them to pull through in order to make my mom's move work with me being unavailable for a lot of the time. They cleaned out and moved the belongings from my disabled mom's apartment in Avondale to her new one in Central Phoenix quickly and with organization and great care. He was upfront about the expected time and pricing, and the final cost actually came in UNDER the original estimate, which was already the cheapest we had gotten by at least 30-40%. If you need movers and/or debris, carpet, and junk removal for an average-sized apartment or home in or around Phoenix, I could not possibly recommend Randy/Xpress more. read more

This is a great service. To be honest, though, I cannot compare it to any other service in the area. I have used another well-known junk removal service in another area, and it was really expensive. The charge for Xpress seemed reasonable to me, especially considering the fact that he helped the donation guy, who was at our home at the same time, to load his truck with the stuff that I was donating. Very nice and friendly, plus hard-working. He hauled away quite a bit of stuff, saving me the time and trouble of hauling it in multiple loads. It was also mentioned that Xpress donates some of the stuff worth donating, and he told me that they can sometimes bring back a donation receipt to help offset the cost of hauling the junk. (I didn't need a donation receipt for this junk). BTW, he arrived on time, and he worked quickly. Highly recommended! read more

Great experience today with this father son local business. Had some material from tiki bar I tore down in my backyard I needed picked up and hauled away. I called then texted pics to Randy of material I needed removed. He gave me a very reasonable quote and came out within 2 hours of quote. I asked for and received 30 minute heads up call of his arrival. While there I had a few other items I added to the items I needed taken away. No hesitation, he took those and added a very minimal charge. Quick, clean and great price! Recommended! read more

Kevin over at Xpress Junk Removal is the best. We've used a couple junk removal services in the area that are good, but Kevin is GREAT. He is extremely kind, great communication via phone, arrived on time (able to access the house without someone present which is super helpful during workdays!), did a great job (Xpress takes everything including cleaning supplies) and - of course - has the best prices. Kevin is extremely reliable and just an all around great guy. We wish we would have known him before so we could have used him all the time! Amazing job, quick response/execution and affordable! They just left my house and I had to leave a review. Called them on a Wednesday afternoon, we're here at 730 on Thursday and removed over 3 tons of junk from my home, and on top of moving it, they sort the donate-ables and donate them to a good cause. This father and son team are absolutely the best! They were right on time, quick and very efficient. We were helping our son move out of the house he just sold on the same day the sale of the house was closing. The buyer was there for the final walk through. The garage was a disaster with junk and trash all over the floor. These guys saw the dilemma we were in and though they'd already been paid to remove the full trailer load of junk we hired them for, they jumped in and cleaned out the entire 3 car garage before the buyer finished going through the house - they even swept it! By the time the buyer walked into the garage, it was perfect! These guys truly saved the day - and the price was very reasonable. I wish I could give them more than five stars. I called and left a message at around 9:30 and by 10:30 Randy and his son Zack were at my house. Randy was able to give me a quote over the phone after I sent him some pics of what I needed hauled away. I had a fridge inside my house in a very tight spot that I needed to get rid of and they did an awesome job of getting it out very carefully. I hired Randy the new owner of Xpress Junk & Trash Removal for a garage clean up and removal of large sectional, tables and workout equipment. I thought the job was going to fill a half truck and budgeted accordingly. Randy and his son showed up on time. They were very polite, easy going and went to work immediately. Within 2 hours they completely removed all the stuff I've been hauling around for 8 years. During the move my garage door was busted and Randy who has experience with installing garage doors quickly repaired it, along with cleaning up the garage and giving me extra time to determine if there was anything else I wanted to remove. In the end Randy filled the entire truck, which is actually a trailer and 1/3 larger than most trucks in the waste removal business. I under budgeted the job and Randy agreed to accept what I had budgeted, which was a huge relief.I'll definitely be using them again. They are the real deal. read more

I'm so happy I found Xpress Junk services! As last phase of preparing my late mother's home in Sun City for sale, I had two big piles of estate sale leftovers, yard waste and assorted trash to remove from the property. I looked at the website of a national junk hauler but what put me off from them was that they would not give even ball-park fees on their website. Then I found Xpress, a local family owned company and was very happy I called them! They were so pleasant and easy to work with. This was especially helpful since I don't live in the area and had to make the arrangements by phone. They came to the house at my convenience (when the realtor was there), did a fabulous job removing the debris and cleaning up the area, and gave me a discount! I also appreciate that they agreed to wait a day to run my credit card, even though they'd already done the work.
