As we were paying for the items, he requested the cashier to put his number so he can get the reward points, even though I was paying for the items. We had agreed he would avoid cutting back of the drywall and the stucco to gain access to the shower cartilage, and instead access everything from the front, which is why we bought cover plates. However, when we arrived at the house, he went ahead and cut into the drywall from the back without notifying me or my wife. He did the same for the upstairs bathroom. Then he was gone for half the day leaving his 2nd to do all the work. After returning, they proceeded to cut into the stucco, still without mentioning any additional costs. Around 5:00 p.m., they left without repairing the walls or the stucco, and it was only then that Manuel (owner) mentioned wanting more pay. I gave him $250 as part of our original $360 agreement, with the understanding the rest would be paid once the job was complete. A day after, he texted me claiming I owe him $2000. I told him I wasn't going to pay that much money. I asked him to return and complete the job since he is the one who decided on his own accord to cut through stucco and drywall without obtaining permission. I told him if he had mentioned that this would have cost me $2000, I would never have taken him up on this job. We…read moreexperienced a roof leak in October that involved poor installation workmanship by the solar company when they replaced solar panels on my roof. My home insurance would not cover the damages. I had to place a tarp on my roof temporarily while dealing with this nightmare. The Solar company "Tesla" did not take responsibility for damages to the roof tiles that caused the leak. The home insurance company pointed fingers to the solar company and denied my claim. I had to source out several roofing companies. In the midst of rainy season, some roofing companies told me that it would be weeks till they can come out and do any repairs. I searched on Yelp and found Jacobo Roofing. I saw the reviews and called them. Within a day, I was contacted by Marcos. It's a Father/Son team. That same week, they came out to my property to access the issue. The Solar panels were an obstacle, and I had to get them removed before any recommendations for the repair can be established. Tesla offered their uninstallation services for a fee, but I opted in not using them because they are the source of the problem. After I got the Solar panels removed, Marcos and his father came back out. They gave me a reasonable proposal and also recommended other work on the ridge of the roof that would make water drainage better and to prevent other damages to the roof. The work was scheduled a week after the proposal. Marcos kept me informed the entire time. On the day of the repair, I had to work and was not at home. Marcos and his team worked on the roof for 2-days and completed the work. They removed all debris and materials and my roof is leak free. Marcos and his Father are subject experts in this field and they professionally handle the visits, communication, and the entire process. They put customer concern at the highest priority. They communicated with me the entire time of the project. Best of all, they gave me a 10 year warranty on their work. I highly recommend this company for any residential work.

Hired them to clean and seal my gutters. They had to come a second time and they still leak…read more Started making excuses and wanted to put ugly corners in instead of sealing the miters correctly. I sealed the end myself and will fix the glob of sealant in spring when they dry out. Silicone does not stick to moist surfaces. Very disappointed on the $500 I spent. They actually leaked worse after they were done. I would not recommend this company.
