We used this company ~3 years ago and they did a very good job. However, we recommended them to our latest tenants and they simply didn't show up today. Didn't respond to messages, texts, or calls and their voicemail was full. Which, of course, means that we now have to scramble to find a service at the last minute -- right before a holiday weekend -- before a new family was scheduled to move in. The snowball effect on everyone is quite impactful and costly. We just wish they could have had the courtesy to answer the phone or say they weren't coming, so we would've had an opportunity to find a replacement. They showed up early due to a cancelation they had. It was a rainy and stormy day and they took great care to keep my hardwood floors clean. The 2 young men who showed up were very sweet, respectful and professional. They did an amazing job on my carpets and they look brand new and also smell amazing. They are reasonably priced and its a wonderful value for the money you spend. They cleaned up the floors before they left and make sure everything was in order. Yesterday I made an appointment with Daniel to clean my tile floors for this morning at 9:00. Daniel sent me a text yesterday confirming appointment. This morning I cleared out my kitchen and laundry room for my cleaning appointment. At 9:30 when he still hasn't showed up, I call and get no answer. I then text him asking if he is on his way. No response. At 10:00, I call again. Still no answer. I text asking is he going to show up. No response. I even called one more time after that. No answer. I chose this company because of the reviews. Very disappointed in his unprofessional behavior. I would never recommend them. However, I called Stanley Steamer to clean my tile and now I am saving money. So, at least something good came out of this. read more

My carpet was not cleaned of the stains that I pointed out, per Daniel he said the stains were no problem, however the 4 rooms were left super wet with a approximate dry time of 2-4 hours and the stain that were no problem are still there, the job took approximately 30 minutes or so, I was told if there were any issues let him know since the 9th of August I have called and sent Tx with no response. read more

First, I booked but did not actually "use" Daniel Ralston because when he FINALLY showed up the experience was so awful I told him "I think we are done" before he even pulled his hoses inside. I requested a quote on a Saturday from his website contact form to which he didn't reply, so the next day I emailed him to let him know a request had been sent. Again, no reply. Because he was recommended by my very good go-to referral friend, I PHONED Ralston (not my choice of contact during my own busy workday), and he answered from a job site and said he doesn't work by web or email. I asked if he needs to visit to estimate, and he said no. I told him we have a vacation property with 2 carpeted bedrooms and a garage conversion room with some pet stains, and he said "that counts as 4 rooms with stains...$90 + $30 + $30." At that point I said I was less worried about price than results and having it prescheduled due to being in a different town. I asked for 8/17 or 8/24, and he said I could choose either and pick my time because he was fully open. Then he instructed "just TEXT your address and day/time and I'll put it in my book..I work by text." I did...no further acknowledgment. 2 biz days before my booking I texted a reminder that I was taking off Monday 8/17 and would see him between 8 & 9. No response. Today when he didn't show as expected, I called at 9:30 asking if he was coming, and I agreed against my gut to wait until afternoon because he had two jobs ahead of me (!!!) Then he had the gall to tell me when he did show at 3:15 that "even when you call me and I tell you to text me back directions and the preferred time it's not an appointment until I put it in my book." Well! WHO KNEW there was a magic formula to be accepted as a customer??? Never mind that I had done exactly as asked after we TALKED and sent the reminder. So he comes at 3:15 with NO MASK, no apology... just says "show me what you have." I show him 3 rooms with nothing in them but one bed each (we moved EVERYTHING else out of the rooms and closets ourselves this weekend) and he said "I don't move furniture. For that, it would be considerably more." I'd already moved the 3 beds (2Q/1F) out from the wall by myself so he could do those areas first and then place them back to do the rest of each room. Ralston's website FAQ says the best way to prepare for cleaning is a thorough vacuuming and to remove small breakable items. I'm incredulous that he doesn't move furniture, and he starts saying moving or placing furniture on wet carpet could result in a rust or other stain. I mentioned we've had this done before and other companies put foam or plastic pieces under the bed casters (which, for the record, mine are hard plastic.) And to think when I saw he came alone that I was even resigned to help him move the beds back. I'm a 64 year old woman and he's probably in his 30s. SO, if you have a 100% empty home and plenty of time on your hands, call or text this guy... but don't hold your breath it will have a happy ending. read more

Contacted these guys because they were highly reviewed on here and on the neighborhood forum we have here in this area...definitely not disappointed. Got upholstery cleaning done. Was a bit disappointed in the results. I asked if they needed me there, but they didn't. I wish I was there to see what they were doing. They weren't detailed on their cleaning. They told me earlier that they couldn't get some stuff off. Which I was fine with. But there were literally spots where they didn't even bother to clean. That's what bothered me the most. I would understand that if you tried and couldn't get off, but spots that you just missed is another story. I usually tip after a service job, but I didn't in this case. I just paid $65 and just called it good. I was honestly kinda frustrated and annoyed that they didn't even bother with some portion of the couches. By the time I noticed, they were already packed up and was ready to go. So I wasn't going to bother with arguing with anyone and have them take out their equipment. I was pretty disappointed with the amount of great reviews, I genuinely thought I'd get great results. The reason why I chose to give them three stars instead of one is because...even though they weren't detailed, the spots that they did clean was cleaned well. They are courteous and professional in your home. They are prompt and very communicative about when they'll arrive. These guys are definitely on it, especially for coming out on a Saturday. Said they would come between 11 and 1 which when a business tells me that I automatically expect the later. These guys estimate good, as their third job of the day they arrived a couple minutes after 11. The service was excellent and took a decent amount of time so I could get on with my day. Had 2 rooms, a couch and a sectional done for a price I think was exceptional compared to what others charge for sectionals. The quality of the job is excellent (the stains that were on my sectional, GONE). Not only do my carpets and couches looked refreshed, my home smells super deodorized and clean.
