I just started going to this location. I must admit that upon entering, I was greeted by the owner "John". He was both friendly and very knowledgeable. He asked me what were my fitness goals then made his own personal suggestions. He was completely on point. He never tried to get me to purchase things that I did not need. Not only do they have a wide variety of phenomenal protein shakes but they also have wheatgrass shots (which is a game changer for your health), protein and nutritional products/supplements, and some VERY well versed fitness trainers who offer fitness coaching and are extremely friendly./knowledgeable. Decided to check this place out after a good Crunch workout. I am a steady customer of GNC and wanted to see what Xtremebody had to offer. Not only did they had some of the same products at a lower price, but also offered a variety of officially tested supplements. The owner, Eemon, took his time explaining the various benefits and knew what he was talking about. He even shared a few recipes for pre and post workouts. I used to like this store because I felt like it was unique and of good value, but things have changed. In the past, I've not only been a customer for their smoothies, but referred many people to the store and also promoted them on my personal social media for their supplementation. However, my experience today was that Xtremebody Nutrition provides garbage customer service. I asked for a chocolate & peanut butter shake, but was condescended as if I was asking for something that didn't exist. That wasn't a big deal; however, when my brother wanted to pay for my smoothie and fohawk man had already annoyed me, he then asked if I was planning on taking him on a date afterwards. I don't give my time to people who aren't worth my time, so we brushed it off. However, he continued to address me and ask if I was going to pay for his dinner afterward because "he paid for you bro". He didn't know where to stop, told me "I look like a sushi kind of guy", then proceeded to charge us for two 24 oz shakes when we had only ordered and received 16 oz shakes. Neither one of us were feeling this guy's vibe, and we were surprised that we had a bad experience here. I'm not a sushi guy, your smoothie was average, and you're not my bro.
