We can't even rate this place as a 1. We rented a pontoon boat for the day. The picture on the website displays a pristine boat. Half of the cushions were ripped with the inner stuffing hanging out. The boat was filthy, the seats, table, console. So we started out on the boat and as soon as we picked up speed the boat started sinking. The front end kept taking on water, it was gushing in. Everyone had to run to the back of the boat. We called and were told no one could come and get us and they couldn't get a back up boat to us. This boat never should have been rented out. It was in total disrepair and unsafe. The customer service was so careless and unprofessional it was scary. Do not rent the 24 foot pontoon from here. It is not safe for your family. read more

If you're looking for top-tier customer service, the Y Landing Ship Store is the place to avoid. Walked in to ask a simple question about a boat part. The "employee" (early 20s, rocking sunglasses indoors with socks and Crocs) hit me with: "Hey man... it's really busy today, I have no idea." For context: the marina had some activity, but the store was completely empty, unless you count the one guy doing his best impression of a beach chair. Apparently, answering questions isn't part of the job description. If you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience while the staff perfects their casual indifference while scrolling on their cell phome, this is your spot. I stopped by the other day close to closing and felt bad because everything was put away. However, this kind young lady named Zoe offered to help me out despite all of the gas pumps being locked for the night. She ran around trying to find keys and finally got the gas open and filled up my tanks. She was so kind and helpful, by far my best experience at Y landing and I've been coming here for 10+ years. I was so thrilled about my experience that I really felt the need to write this review! Now I ask for Zoe everytime I come to Y landing. read more
