I am out 150 dollars I can't get anyone to give my documents back or even return my phone call. I should have looked at the reviews prior.

BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I am an attorney who needed to get someone served in Yakima, WA, and used this company. Matt was the person who I dealt with in providing him with the summons to serve. I paid $120 for a summons to be served and received zero verification that it was actually done. Also, was promised that the summons after being served would be notarized and returned to me (proof of service to provide the court in my state). I have now waited a month for proof of service to be completed and received NOTHING! I have texted, emailed, and called Yakima Process Services several times and had zero response from them. Their lack of action and taking of my client's fund of $120 is BAD BUSINESS! I alert you to BEWARE of this company. I can only speak to my experience, which was based on my first and last time using them to serve a summons, is the Yakima Process Service Company takes your money and then ignore you, and doesn't return papers stating the person has been served. read more

BEWARE!! I contacted him to serve in Yakima in April and I emailed him my documents he confirmed that he received my email. I never heard from him again I would send follow-up emails weekly to see if he ever completed service and nothing. I followed up with phone calls and VM and still nor response.Beware!
