So last night I got off work late and rushed to the pot shop to get here on time since I am a regular smoker sleep would be an issue if I didn't get to smoke. I check their time online, 12am. I show up at 11:46, gate is still open. Drive in. People still in line. Multiple cars in parking lot. Customers walking out. They turn me down and tell me they are closed. A customer who has spent thousands of dollars here. I'm in the industry of introducing big business to town. They often ask me for recommendations and I've often referred them here when they asked about marijuana. Not anymore, your company has lost a loyal customer. Was on a trip to a clients house in Yakima, coming from north Seattle area. I would say the prices are a bit higher than expected, but the service you get greatly makes up for it. I am a medical permit holder. On 04/30/18, at 11:47pm (13 minutes prior to closing), I drove to the gates of Yakima Weed Company on 16th Avenue as a short, chubby, dark-haired man was closing them. I rolled my window down and explained it wasn't midnight yet and that I was a medical client. He told me to go around the corner to the other entrance and continued to close the gate. I asked him to explain the correct entrance again, and he did. I went around the corner, through the entrance he had dictated, and he was then closing the gate on the door to the store, and laughing as I drove up. The pictures of the store gate closed with an 'OPEN' sign, time stamped and dated are available to anyone who wants to reply to this post for them. Worst place ever for customer service prices are good but shitty employees never again will i waste my money there

My son went there and a guy on the other side of the fence asked him if he could borrow his phone. My son told the guy "no." He then proceeded to put his backpack in the trunk. He waited in line, mind you he's disabled. Once he got to the front, they pulled him aside to say they wouldn't sell him anything. Why? Because they say that guy that asked to use the phone is one of two brothers that don't have ID. My question is what does that have to do with him. They said it was obvious what he was doing! Dude, you have NO IDEA, my kid has a medical card and does not play like that! Maybe they should go out and tell them to beat feet and stop talking to their customers. Sold me a defective product. Then when I asked for an exchange, they admitted they know they are selling defective products but chose to continue to do so. That is a scam. I've no idea what everyone else's problem is- this shop consistently has cheap, really good amazing dabs, knowledgeable staff, and great discounts/deals going most days of the week. I highly recommend this shop if you want good bud. If you've a problem wearing a mask- it's a you problem (don't try to pretend it's medical I've severe asthma and wear two masks). Stop being plague rats. Also don't make it other people's problem you leave your kids and pets in hot/freezing conditions. You don't want to wait in line? Call ahead- it's just that easy. After a long day of running errands I was putting our baby to sleep and the gf tells me that we're out of bud. So we find this place online which is the only spot open at 10 pm on a Sunday night. I've been here before and for a bunch of stoners barely awake enough to be at work, none of the workers ever seemed like they wanted to be there. Off she goes. 10 minutes later I get a phone call. Apparently,she gets there and is stopped at the door by two men. She's 22 going on 23 but hasn't renewed her license since turning 21. It's not expired. Only vertical. So now for no other reason than the direction of her license, she's kicked out. She's been home for 20 minutes and hasn't stopped bitching at me about it and is borderline intolerable when she isn't stoned. So thanks for ruining my night. There's no lack of weed shops around, I hope it goes under and whoever owns this place loses their livelihood. If any other shop was open this late you wouldn't be in business. read more
