First time, my insurance wouldn't cover the medicine, which is never an issue I've had. But they carry it in office, if I want to come pay for it out of pocket. Second time, they didn't even attempt to give me a prescription medicine covered by my insurance. Instead, they handed me $120 worth of their brand medicine for my secondary issue. Then they forgot to send over medicine for the primary issue until I called asking for it to be sent over. Just like my first visit, it was denied by my insurance. Rather than doing the prior authorization paperwork, they just sent over another prescription. My insurance wouldn't cover it because it was considered a second step, which I told them. They then tried to second a third prescription to an online pharmacy which they assured me was usually covered 100% and after my insurance denied it again, I had to call for the 6th time to just beg them to give me one my insurance would cover or do the paperwork to have them cover the medicine they say I need because I don't have $200 out of pocket per visit for medicine when I am already paying for insurance. After this, they didn't call back. So 11 days after my visit, I call AGAIN for the 7th time to ask them why I still don't have any medicine sent over and they FINALLY sent it to my pharmacy. So I will NOT be going back.

Well Dr. Pinski Physician Assistant I guess you did not see the $875.00 the my insurance has already paid on past visits and the $20.00 that was our portion that we paid. He did not even offer for me to pay for his services up front and then reimburse me once the issue was resolved. After I called our insurnace benefits office and having them confirm with them that we do have insurance and it was glitch in the doctor's computer, the doctor's office apologized for the inconvenience and said that the doctor could see him now. By this time I was 30 minutes late for work and my son was late for school. I told them NO my son will not be seeing him ever again.

I went to see Dr. Tattini after a very troubling consultation with another surgeon in Bloomington. The other surgeon was very short with me and told me what I wanted to do was impossible and I didn't feel that he was really even listening to me. I went away from that appointment less $100 and a little bit of my dignity. Thankfully I didn't give up. On a friends recommendation, I contacted Twin City Plastic Surgery. When I called, I was put on the phone with Alex. I felt immediately at ease. Where the other office staff was short and disorganized, Alex was warm and listened to what I was saying and made me feel like I was a friend. At my consultation appointment, I met Alex and also Regina, both incredibly kind and efficient. I'd had a mastopexy and lift with implants 8 years prior and have always felt far too large. At that time I really didn't know what I wanted because I had never had enough lift to even measure a size, I just wore several sports bras to sort of smoosh them into place. So I ended up huge. Dr. Tattini came in and measured me and we talked about what I was looking to achieve and what he would feel comfortable doing. It was like talking to a friend. A very knowledgeable friend. I did not hesitate. I made an appointment for the surgery right then and there (and by the way, the price I was given at the first consultation, for half of what I wanted to have done, was $4,000 higher than Dr. Tattini, and didn't include consultation or lab work). His office is located above an outpatient surgical center, which is where I reported for surgery a week and a half later. I will review the surgical center separately but they were also amazing, and I was treated like I was cared for and not like I was just another patient to be shuffled around. After surgery, I spent two 1/2 days home from work and have since eased my way back into normal life. What I had was a pretty major surgery. 4 hours. And the result? Perfect! I feel confident wearing clothes, I feel like I can dress in a way that makes me feel modest and tasteful now that I'm not so large. I know what I asked Dr. Tattini was a tall order and he and I did talk about the possibility that he might not be able to get me both lift and size reduction as much as I wanted because they are sort of opposing forces. But he did. And I am so very grateful. It's all about being able to feel comfortable on your own skin. I was able to buy a beautiful dress for the Easter service at church and for once I felt like a normal woman, not a circus freak. Every follow up appointment I've had has felt comfortable and easy. Regina and Amanda removed my stitches and we talked and laughed the whole time which really helped distract me from the crazy itching! The staff is amazing. Scheduling is easy. Dr. Tattini is some sort of miracle worker. The outpatient center is wonderful. Do not waste your time and money getting a consultation for surgery elsewhere. Honestly.

Then she did my Brest reduction & she butchered them. I had a previous BR & Dr. Poulter did the surgery & he did an awesome job. Dr. Randolph wanted his surgery notes. She cut me from one side on my breast to the other side. This is not how this surgery is done.With this surgery you are supposed to start from the aerola and make the incision straight done to the bottom of breast & make an incision across. Simple surgery. When I took my bandage it look like ground meat. She didn't lift them and i have skin hanging off the sides of my breasts. I can't stand to look at them. They look horrible & in between my breast it's I can stick my finger in one side. The scaring is so bad from her stitching me up like she was in a hurry. If I could post picture, I would. Please do NOT let this Dr cut u. I went another plastic surgeon & he said she did the surgery wrong & I am disfigured! I don't want any person to end up like me!
