I lived in the Middle East for years where I enjoyed many schwarma. Yaman Sham's schwarma tastes just like in the Middle East. It looked and tasted like everything was made fresh from the bread to the chicken to the garlic sauce to even the potato fries inside. It comes with a choice of more garlic sauce or pickles so be ready to let them know your preference! Probably it's one of the best schwarma in Germany and maybe Europe! I couldn't figure out if this place is Syrian or Lebanese or maybe Yemeni? As there are two Yemeni dishes on the menu: chicken mandi and fattah (with schwarma!).
