When we came in to inquire about rusting on our granite counters from their $12.95 holders the two ladies we spoke to seems to not be surprised. I assume this is an ongoing issue. One of the ladies went to ask the manager and I was told I had two options. 1.) Bring in the item with the receipt for a full credit. I don't save all my receipts; it would require a records keeping room. 2.) Bring in the item and IF they have the EXACT same one they would exchange it. Otherwise I should just discard it.
