Very disappointed. Contacted Yannuzzi & Sons custom deck builders in Millstone based on a recommendation and had an estimate done. I was quite pleased with the appointment. I was told that within a couple of days I will get an email with the estimate.....over a week went by. I called, left vm, left emails and nothing. Finally, after a few weeks, I received an estimate that wasn't even complete. When I responded back for the complete work-up, I never heard back. Yannuzzi and Sons did a seamless, professional job on our new covered deck. They helped us choose the right look and the right materials for our job. Mike refused to use a shipment of scratched Trex and called for a replacement order because if his commitment to quality. Building a deck in February is tough, but he and his crew were working full days on good weather days and even on weekends to make up time from bad weather days. Their worksite was quiet and neatly cleaned up each night. They did their best to cater to minor details that we needed altered. They didn't accept their last payment from us until we were 100% satisfied with the job. I highly recommend Yannuzzi and Sons for your deck project. read more
