I got 1ml of filler and 30units of Botox. The numbing cream worked amazingly and I had way less bruising than the previous time I had filler. They gave me a cute lip shaped ice pack to help prevent swelling and my face looks great!! The doctor was super kind and helpful and explained everything in detail. She also speaks perfect and fluent English and Spanish, so there was no communication difficulties for us. I would not hesitate to return here for any med spa needs.

You will not get her level of quality in some "resort spa". Additionally those places are so fake and pretentious. Give me Veronica over a resort spa any day of the week. Veronica is so cool, like the person you'd actually like to have drinks with. She's got stories for days, which is nice because you don't think about the waxing. If you are a Karen, just go to a resort. Don't mess it up with Veronica for the rest of us. The masseuse are really good. I have no complains about the massage. My friend and I got massages and we shared a room. She got a guy and I got a girl. Towards the end of the massage, it got cold for me. There was only a very thin sheet. We came back because we wanted treatments. My friend wanted to try the chocolate wrap and I just want an algae treatment. I have no complains about the treatments, it left our skin very soft. I felt like I should have had a facial with it. There are not sheets to be covered with, only disposable undies. It felt very cold again half way into the treatment. I even asked if they could turn off the air. The girl doing my treatment told me that they had no air. So I guess it was very drafty. My poor friend was shaking (we were in the same room as before). We were there in February, so it wasn't super hot, but it would have been nice if they had heaters in the massage rooms, specially because temperature drops when you are getting a massage. Another issue we had with this place, is that my friend got charged double. She had to call her bank.
