I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. The high pressure wash is nice but doesn't seem to clean as well as the soft touch, however the soft touch still tends to leave some spots untouched. The guys are always there to help you (sometimes the app can be glitchy). The customer service number though... don't even bother they always seem to make the situation even worse. One membership allows you to use a handful of locations in a set area and you can use it once a day for one car. So the membership works if you use it but if you're not wanting to run through a few times a week the higher memberships don't really pay to have. Their prices have gone up 3x within the span that we had started (2 years) and then last time things changed we didn't get charged more they just changed what was a part of our package. So keep an eye out on what you're paying for. This location is kept very clean and there is always someone in person there to help until 6pm. It gets busy on the weekends but always able to get in and out without too much of a wait.

One last thing, they use Windex to clean the windows of the car. I'm not too sure if the windex is ammonia free but to those who have tinted windows, beware because ammonia will completely ruin your window tints. Would I come back? I don't think so. Good customer service, although the workmanship was subpar. I also don't think it was worth the value. I would say the car wash that I received was worth about $20 at best. They would not move my car. They did not want to provide the full-service I had paid for, and only after I would not leave, when told to leave 2-3 times, did they give me any full-service work. At best, an uninspired, lazy, unprofessional minute or so. I don't recommend anyone ever use this car wash service. I paid $45 dollars and was treated very badly. I am a senior on a fixed income. When I consider the blue-collar jobs, I performed for over fifty years, how hard I had to work to earn any money for my family, it really is disturbing the horrible way I was treated today. I am a first-time customer. I will never come back. I hope people read this review and go to other car washes. There is one in Burlington on Route 130, and one in Delran on Route 130, right nearby.
