When it arrived I imediately noticed that the oak hammock did not have any finish on it. I called Key West and they told me to call Cobble Mountain. I was told by a lady that there was an enviromentally friendly finish on the wood and there would be no problems. Within one month the frame was covered with a black mold. It sits in the open sun, so this was even more odd. Key West suggested that I send the swing back for refund, but I would have to keep the frame!!! Really- so I have a very expensive swing frame with no swing. I paid $1,349 for this set up and both companies are not willing to help. If I had been told honestly that there was no finish on this, I could have applied some before it turned black. Terrible customer service and terrible product. Avoid both companies if you can.
