Very unfriendly and rude after new company bought out Yavapai Steel. Make sure to bring your mask because they will make you stand outside in the freezing cold and rain if you don't have one. They will also take the customers with masks before you ! I have been going to Yavapai Steel for over 20 years but I am going to Prescott Steel now. They are friendly and they don't make you stand outside in the freezing cold and rain without a mask. I live much closer to Yavapai Steel but it's worth the drive to go to Prescott Steel . I probably should give them a one star but they do have steel. read more
