There are plenty of machines for any size load of laundry - Triple, Double or Single. The facility is always clean and welcoming - decorated for the seasons and plenty of amenities such as change, soap & softener, snack and drink machines. Seems like they are always updating and upgrading equipment and machines! They recognize the multi-cultural aspect of our community as well. I am there doing laundry 2-3 times a week, usually one load at a time. It's always a pleasant experience.

My husband and I are from out of town and are staying in town for work. We have majority of our belongings stored in our vehicle because I had just arrived. As our clothes were washing we decided to organize the vehicle a bit so it wasn't in disarray. Mind you the business was about to close in 30 mins when we started organizing our vehicle. It's the end of the day and customers are slowed. I'm guessing by the way he acted that he was the owner. The owner came out and berated us and told us in a very rude tone to take our stuff to the car wash because he didn't want us taking up the space next to us. Then, continued on saying he "hates people like that", that it's disgusting when people are disrespectful (referring to us). Treating us like we're inhuman. We were being as quick as possible and actually did consider our surroundings. He could've been less rude and embarrassing by telling a woman and her granddaughter how much "hate" he has towards people like me and my husband. They look d uncomfortable by the behavior as well. He was fuming. Also, almost got into another tiff with a woman over bringing her laundry in and not drying it fast enough. I brought my suit in for dry cleaning and ended up pressing it wrong, so the suit looked wrinkled and unpresentable. Instead of owning up to it, the staff said my suit was poor quality. "Excuse me?" It's sad that instead of owning up to the mistake they blame the customer when the fault was with their technique -- got to love small town America.
