He answered my call the same day, asked for details about the items, got me into the schedule quickly, called to confirm the day before, then again with an ETA on the actual day. He cleaned three oriental area rugs, and three sofas. I thought they were pretty clean to start--I was more concrete with hard to spot stains. One look at that black water in that tank and I was thanking my lucky stars for this guy. Now the whole house feels fresh and clean. Everything is brighter. On top of that, great pricing! Jamila and her assistant arrived while I wasn't home and only cleaned the exposed carpet. My fiancé happened to be home and moved the coffee table out of the way so they would clean that area. The assistant made it clear that he would not move the furniture. When I called to complain, Marc told me that "there was probably just dust under there anyway!" Which wasn't the point. I asked for a carpet cleaning and was promised the full carpet would be cleaned. Not for a lazy one swipe with the machine. The part they cleaned looks great. But it was a half-assed job and not what I signed up for. Update, just got off the phone with Jamila and she hung up on me instead of listening to what I had to say. Never in my life has a company made me feel so disrespected and angry. I'm a reasonable person and my fiancé had nothing to do with the misunderstanding. The misunderstanding is fully on Aladdin's end. Mark was ridiculously unprofessional and Jamila's employee lied about the exchange. You should be able to book a job with details laid out, and get that job done the first time correctly. Not have to endure accusations and rudeness from the co-owner and be offered to have the service done again on Friday so the carpet is wet all weekend. Whatever response Jamila might have for this review, it's to attempt to save face and cover up the fact that they provided bad customer service and did the job incorrectly. It amazes me that a business that is run in this manner has been around for this long.

Last fall i had the maids come to my house to actually clean my gutters,…read more First i no clue it was them as i did an Angie search and they came up as another name , i forget the name whatever , so when they arrived i was like what ,they told me yes we do it all inside and some outside to an extent i was like ok it's the gutters and gave me a quote of i think $250 which is pretty darn good as my house is pretty tall and agreed upon the amount . I won't go up there, so the showed up a week later no issue started the job, there were 2 guys ,1 did the talking the other i have no clue what he was doing besides nothing, he went at it took about 4 hours. I can check some of the gutters as they are that high the other i can't but seeing all the crap, they pulled out i was impressed, they finish up and we start talking he said Steve i really messed up on this quote, it didn't appear to be that bad BUT as you see what we pulled out was crazy and it was. I could have gone down the road of technically this was the quote in which we mutually agreed upon so i could have been a jerk about it and fought it. So he says you know the time we spent on this was just over 4 hours , i said I'm in agreement ,what do you think u should pay besides free , i said nope you did an awesome on I'll give you $350 he was good with that , i was happy I'm sure they weren't BUT bottom line it was a good experience , they did a great job so that's why i gave them the 4 stars
