As he was leaving he mentioned he would email later that day with an estimate. The appointment was Wednesday April 14th. It is now Sunday April 25th and I've still yet to revive an estimate. I've since filled out multiple inquiries through their website and heard nothing back. Needless to say I'm super disappointed and will be using another company. They sent someone else to pick more up and of course we found more pieces after that. It's now 3+ weeks later and we are still finding these metal pieces. After going back and forth I asked the owner how he would fix this and he very obnoxiously put it back to me asking how I thought he should fix it. He also said my son could just as easily poke his eye out or stab himself with an aye corn or twig! If this was a professional job they should have made all cuttings in a separate area where they would have newspaper or cardboard down.
