Located in the fancier area of Venice not far from the San Marco Square tourist hub, the location is quite spacious given the usual compact layout of stores in Venice, with men's items on the second floor. Staff was courteous but not at the level I was expecting when you're buying $900 shoes, but it could be a matter of my expectations and reality not being in synch, too. My biggest issue was that the information I was told about the VAT tax refund was incorrect; the clerk advised that I would have to make two stops and the first was the customs office. However, I just went to the Global Blue desk and within 60 seconds everything was squared away. While I'm glad that it was easier than indicated, I ended up looking for the customs office needlessly.
