Mike took down my information, went to the post office and shipped the part by 2 day priority mail, then called me back to say the part had been shipped - BEFORE asking me for payment. I bought a $7 part ($12 including shipping) but I got the kind of service I'd consider exceptional if I was placing a million dollar order. On a rating scale of 1 to 5, this business deserves a TEN.
