I just utilized Rogers Welding, and had a fantastic experience. When he walked the property to…read moregive a quote, David (as in David Rogers, owner of the company) took note of issues, and he took his time to explain all of these to me, including some older repair work that was improperly done and needed to be fixed. He then worked up a flat cost quote, and explained to me that even if the job takes longer than he thinks, there won't be any additional charges. His price was fair compared to other vendors I had called for quotes. It was a big job. I have a large metal fence that's about 700 linear feet of iron wrought fence with several rusted out sections. David cut, replaced, and welded many sections and the job took a few days longer than he thought. He was a man of his word! Not only did he keep to the cost cap we agreed upon, but he was meticulously thorough. He did great work and you can tell that he takes a lot of pride in the quality of his work. He and his wife also helped me identify one of the top painters in the area! I'm sure I'll be calling David back one day to help with other projects, and I'm going to recommend him to any friends or family looking for a great welder.

I needed a ramp repair and side gate modifications for privacy. Mark was one of the few who…read moreresponded to my request showed up next day to provide an estimate. The ramp allows for smooth wheel chair access. The gate took longer to complete due to his scheduling. In the end, the gate height was extended, box for regular door locks added, and a privacy panel added on the back side. The welds could have been smoother and I should have gone with a powder coat instead of brushed on paint, but I got the privacy I wanted. Update: the side weld on the frame was left too sharp. Jacket got caught and while unhooking, sliced my hand. I ended up taking the gate to PS welding to repair the issues. Had I known, it would have been cheaper for Palm Springs Welding to make me new custome gate from the start. Lessons learned: based on the welding rates and quotes I received, it should have cost me about half of what Mark charged me.
