I used to love the old owners these new owners, especially the guy is so rude. I literally called to place a burrito order and he immediately answers me with a rude "hello?" I answered back " hello, I was wondering if I can order a chorizo burrito?" He then responses " yeah anything else?" Rude as well , can just hear it in his tone that he doesn't even wanna be working . I answered nicely "no that will be all" And he response quickly"ok bye " and hangs up . I used to visit this location often when the old owners were there. Old owners were always very nice! However, since coming back, the new owner, especially the older gentleman, has been very rude. Im only going four stars because I haven't been there myself. I was treated to some of their donuts at work. The raised chocolate glazed bar was so good! I really enjoyed that the donut itself was a little saltier than usual because it really complimented the glaze which I usually think is super sweet. One star based on rude lady who works there. Have come a few times for the breakfast burritos which are pretty good. I had placed a pick up order on DD, so the lady maybe thought I was a DD driver. Not sure, but got an email saying the order was ready. Great. So I get there and there is a line of people but no bag for pickup. I asked one of the girls, is there a pick up order here? Then another girl grabbed 2 items and placed them on the counter. I was in a hurry so grabbed them, but then was stopped by the rude lady! She said I needed to give her time to place in bag and seal with DD sticker. She was combative and argumentative. I was having none of it. I said, really? Dont you ever snap at customers! Dont send an email saying the order is ready for pick up WHEN ITS NOT! You're biting the hand that feeds you. I will never go here again, too many other breakfast burritos places in the area. Bring cash. They charge credit card fees. Over the years, my co-workers order breakfast burrito, donuts, croissants from here and we all enjoyed it. Nothing special just good-old breakfast burritos. Donuts are ok as well. I never bought any drinks from here yet. Prices of burritos increase over the years just like other places. The inside was clean and staff were super nice and patient with our orders. I think people mostly order and take it for to-go. Parking is tight but people come and go so that help alleviate traffic. (5/5) The croissants are unbeatable. Period. And only $3.50 INCLUDING TAX! Normally filled croissants have a tiny sliver of ham right down the middle and that's it. Not these! They are filled the whole way through... AS FILLED CROISSANTS SHOULD BE! Side note, the Starbucks ham and cheese croissant is 3.95+ tax and previously frozen and I will never get it again as long as I'm nearby Yes Donuts. Though the spinach one is so good I really don't want to have to pick... that's why I got both :) Disclaimer: the jalapeño inside was spicy! I love heat but fair warning it has the really fresh jalapeño slices and is sliced with the rind and seeds so fair warning! The guava donut was also very yummy and had lots of filling which was the perfect sweetness (not overly sweet). It was more of an impulse buy but I didn't regret it.. and I got 3 free donut holes! So, my neighbor has been bringing me these amazing ham & cheese and turkey & cheese croissants for a year or so- I've been telling everyone he gets them at some bougie farmers market nearby- then I find out it's from a DONUT SHOP!!
