All we showed up for was a simple large soda from the soda machine, and he took great care of us. We felt absolutley cared for and left with a smile! He was maybe late 20s early 30s, heavier set with short red hair and a beard. Thankyou for the clean bathrooms and above and beyond customer service Sonoco. My experience with the Shell in Iowa Park was on the return trip from out west. I tend to stop at larger stations when I am with my kids and this place looked to be the largest and most well maintained. The bathrooms were clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and the store was well stocked. They had plenty of windshield washer fluid which is a precious commodity for travelers along this route.
