With Apple's less than stellar warranties here in the Philippines (we have a different replacement policy, and frankly it stinks), it's important to find a suki for repairs. I've patronized Ynzal several times. Once, I spilled some rum coke on my Macbook Pro (ah, the perils of Skype drinking with an overseas buddy). They returned it to me freshly cleaned and in perfect working condition. I paid only nine hundred pesos!
Another time, my computer just wouldn't turn on, and I couldn't figure out what to do. Out of options, I took it back to Ynzal, and I was back online in about five minutes. And guess how much they charged me for some genius tinkering? NOTHING. The staff they have definitely don't seem to have been trained to squeeze you out of every cent you have. I love Ynzal because they're not only fair and have integrity when it comes to charging their clients--they're actually really nice people! And they're fantastic at their jobs.
They're honest when it comes to service repair prices and how much time they're going to need. Communication is never a problem. Someone always answers their landline, and the servicer assigned to you will even take the initiative and text you if your repairs are done early.
Every repair shop should be taking notes from Ynzal. read more
