He said it's a very common problem they are having. Then Proceeds to say he fixed it. I got home from work and I have to pull the door from the outside for the lever to go down and open the door. We complained again and he said it's most likely user error and that premium doors take effort to open lol my 8yr old daughter can't open the door and is worried about playing outside unless we go out or stay downstairs. So our days of taking showers while she plays are over. I guess I should have got a Provia entry door for our master bedroom for privacy. Cheap doors are hard to open for the record Provia. When you get premium doors they should open smoother with no effort. The sad part is when Provia first came to California I worked for a company that sold the doors and windows and the quality use to be top notch. Thus the reason I purchased the door lol I'm so glad I didn't get their windows. So if you're in the market for a new door do not use Provia as their customer service and products are crap now.

They were even able to take out and reinstall our gas grill with no delay in the job. They were friendly, quick, efficient, and the bill was exactly what we were quoted. It started when a section of our fence blew over and I called and Trevor was here is a couple of days in the cold of a December winter. He got right to it and helped us pick out at the fence you see in the photos. Then scheduling was made easy by Joe Hurshburger (spelling sorry Joe), he was extremely patient and worked with us and the rainy March/April 2026 weather to finally get the crew scheduled. The crew of Austin Schmuller, Titus and crew leader Jon were outstanding. Jon and I got to work walking the property while the other two got the material unloaded and staged. Then they put to work on taking down the old fence and getting 4 holes for city inspection and then went to work on getting the rest of the fence up. They left our property in excelllent shape and took the old fence away. We cannot thank the people at Swiss Valley Fence for a job well done from start to finish. The living / storage area upstairs is enormous. Weaver Barns did a fantastic job in arranging and building the garage. It was completed on time with no surprises. The quality of the build and wood used in the construction is extremely high. I am finishing the interior and several contractors have commented on the high level of quality in the build. I highly recommend Weaver Barns. I'm hoping I can do another project with them in the future.
