Yoga instructors are patient, helpful and encouraging which has been a great motivator to keep trying to do my best.

I absolutely love going to this yoga studio for my yoga practice, especially the Sculpt and Flow classes. I genuinely feel stronger and can see muscle gain from consistently taking these classes. It's the best way to detox from the day, release stress, and reset both mentally and physically. All of the instructors are incredibly friendly, and each one brings their own unique strengths and energy to class. Alison was the first person to remember my name, and she has been so welcoming since my very first day. That personal touch made me feel comfortable and part of the community right away. Jules' classes are full of challenges, positive vibes, and amazing music that makes time fly because the class is so much fun. Gabby has such a soothing voice and creates really thoughtful, well-balanced sequences. Susan always encourages you to try your very best, which makes her classes both motivating and rewarding. I also really miss taking classes with Joanne, Danielle, Tracy and Nolan. I wish they taught more often at the Chino Hills location! Where do I begin..? I've been here since 2023 and when I moved out of state and returned back to California, I immediately enrolled again. ALL of the instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely care about helping everyone improve. The entire staff is welcoming and helpful. There are a variety of classes and some of my favorites are Signature Hot, Slow Flow, and Restore. The studio is very clean and well maintained. They have just about everything you need and could want at a Yoga studio. I have always had a great experience at YogaSix Chino Hills. I have more energy and my posture has improved and I don't have muscle knots as much anymore! I appreciate everyone there and it's a bonus they're open Monday-Sunday! read more

I started YogaSix back in February after signing up for a free intro class and went full send into an unlimited membership. I've had such a hard time finding a studio I can remain consistent at until I signed up here, and I can say with full confidence that I absolutely love going! Hi fellow yogis! I've tried corepower yoga for a couple years and this will be my second year with YogaSix. I only take sculpt classes and I will say that YogaSix sculpt focuses more with their warm up/stretching and cool down which I appreciate significantly. Prior to starting YogaSix I was constantly in and out of the doctors office because of constant back pain and thanks to strengthening my core thru sculpt my back pain is almost non existent. The instructors here do offer modifications throughout sculpt so you're able to do what is best for your body. Their staff/instructors are all very welcoming and easy to talk to. If you are hesitant on starting your fitness journey I highly encourage you to just stop by and chat with one of their staff members. As a first-timer, I have to say I really enjoyed myself! As a mom of three, I was looking for something that was just for me, and this was exactly what I needed. I usually take the 5:30am class. There have been days when it's just 3 students and others where it is packed. No matter the amount of students, they are professional and motivating. Now that I have a little over 30 classes complete, I can say with full confidence that this is a great yoga studio. When I started, I was wedding prepping and had never done yoga before. However, because of the amazing instructors, I have continued. I have taken multiple classes now with James, Takisha, Valerie, and Gabby. If you are looking for a workout, they will give you one (don't forget to bring a towel). I particularly appreciate the instructors who demonstrate the movement/exercise more than once so that the class does not get lost. I have also taken slower paced, traditional yoga at this studio and the instruction and flow of the classes have been helpful in learning all about the practice. As a last note, I wanted to share that I appreciate the time and effort that is put into these classes. I've been a member for almost a year now and absolutely love it. I've tried regular gyms before for exercise but have never been able to stick with it. Yoga and the structured classes it provides keeps me in the game and have seen the change in my posture, balance, mobility and strength. I recently accomplished 100th class at Yogasix. I've been coming since June of 2025. I love coming to all the variety of classes they offer for all levels. All the instructors are super supportive and I enjoy the changes they make with classes as well. It makes it challenging. All the instructors are encouraging. My yoga journey started about 2 years ago right at this studio. It has been the most consistent fitness routine I have stuck to in large part due to how much I enjoy this studio. The instructors are great and are truly skillful in blending instructions with soothing words of affirmation and encouragement. I come to class eager and leave each time feeling strong, accomplished, and relaxed at the same time - exactly what a stressful busy working mother of two needs. I love, love, love attending classes at the Chino Hills YogaSix Studio. There are a lot of different classes to choose from and all the instructors have been great! The classes run almost the full hour and are stimulating and relaxing but also challenging. Since I have been doing yoga I have felt so much stronger and flexible. My husband and I have been members since September. We tried one class and were hooked. First of all the staff is incredible!! Super nice, always welcoming, and extremely helpful! Thank you JOURNEY, Val, Nyla, Alex, Mia and Natalie for always greeting us with smiling faces and inquiring on how we did in our classes. It means a lot to us that you care! We've tried most of the classes. Our favorites are sculpt n flow and signature hot. They have many more options, but these are the classes that fit our schedules. My favorite part of the classes has to be the instructors!!! They are all very knowledgeable, passionate and enthusiastic about their classes. Gabby, James, Natalie, Jules, and Danielle are some of the instructors we have had. We hope to try other classes and instructors. The Facility is very nice. They have a great selection of apparel, mats, and anything you might need for class. It's always clean and decorated nicely. All the students in the classes are nice! We've met such amazing people. It truly feels like a positive environments everyone supports, pushes, and praises each other in class. Once again, we are big fans of Chino Hills Yoga 6! I love this yoga studio! The staff and instructors are very nice and the space is very clean. For example, they replaced ALL the weights with a new set. They clean in between every class. Cleaning supplies for mats and studio provided items are always in stock. Bathrooms are super clean. The team is always professional yet super approachable!! This location built a supportive, positive environment, and I think that is rare. It's easy to strike up a conversation with anyone, and they're always willing to provide extra guidance and answer questions. I was nervous for my first class, because I'm a little shy and doing yoga in a group was very new to me. BUT, this was a ZERO JUDGMENT zone and i felt so welcomed and supported. Also, by my second class, almost all the staff knew my name! Which is insane considering I'm just one of many who go to this location. The yoga instructors are really good at what they do. Yoga six has a good mix of different types of classes, so I always recommend getting the unlimited so you can find out what you like or do all of them! ALL the instructors are FANTASTIC, and shout out to my go-tos based off class vibes and my schedule -- Sculpt with Gabby, Power with Jules, and Signature Hot with Ebony. Overall, 10/10. So nice to go to a class where it's all about yoga, rather than some class in a big box gym where yoga is an afterthought. Proper temperature in the room, cool mood lighting and music , they supply blocks and bands and even nice cool down face towels after. Did a class here with class place and loved the environment and community here. Ended up getting a membership here for a few months before having to move. Alison was super nice and friendly. Always excited to see us. They offer multiple yoga classes here. One of our favorites was the YogaSix signature hot with Gabby. Good instructor and always greets us. This class has a nice balance and gives a small challenge if you are new. On our chiller days we do restore and slow flow classes. The studio is clean. The temperature is set well that makes us sweat but not too hot. They end the class with a relaxing scent that waved around the room. They offer a cold towels as well. They have flow water here which is perfect after a hot class. Parking is easy. They also have additional monthly events with the community and have incentives to get rewards for doing classes! read more

I have been going to Yoga6 since it opened in 2021 and I can't tell you how grateful I am for this place. I've seen lots of changes lots of growth since it started and it's a beautiful place to practice. All the teachers are very professional very kind and very knowledgeable. The community has grown, and there are many members that I consider friends. A lot of the teachers there that are new are amazing such as Lois for starters and teachers that have been there for quite some time like Susan and many others. They're all wonderful. I had a really disappointing experience at this studio. My sister and I arrived right at 4:30 for a 4:30 class, and we were not allowed to enter. There was no grace period or flexibility, even though we were on time--not late. I drove 30min to try this studio. It felt unnecessarily strict and unwelcoming, especially for first-time visitors. I understand the importance of starting classes on time, but completely turning people away at the exact start time creates a negative experience and doesn't reflect good customer service. Unfortunately, this left a bad first impression. read more

James was a great teacher. I learned a lot. I usually do online yoga but being in person was nice. I definitely would come back. Just sometimes it was hard to hear the instructor with the music blasting in the back but other than that the class was fun and there were quite a bit of yoga moves that help your core and your glutes so that's helpful! If you're feeling sluggish, tight, dealing with small joint aches, or simply curious, I highly recommend trying their hot yoga class. I honestly kept wanting to run out, but our instructor was so encouraging. I was amazed by how she could do all of those poses and still have the energy to guide and motivate the class -- that alone kept me going. Of course, my kiddo was next to me giving me worried little looks, and I wanted to help keep her focused and encouraged too, so I gave it my best. That night, I walked out feeling lighter, rejuvenated, and more aware of what my body has been lacking -- but not discouraged or embarrassed at all, which had honestly been my biggest worry.
