First off, DO NOT ORDER OF GRUBHUB!!! We ordered through grub hub for pick up and got charged 10 more dollars just for using it even though we picked it up. Also HORRIBLE service! We asked for hot sauce and teriyaki sauce and they gave us one of each! We order to bowls and sushi. Called and Ordered a Vegas roll And asked them to substitute cucumber for the Crabmeat since I am a vegetarian. When I got there the 1st thing the cashier said to me was "they told me to tell you this is a one time thing" (referring to the cooks) . I was shocked it came off rude. Bummer. I have frequented this location since it opened, and I've never had an issue before. We went on a Friday night and during the meal rush, I've worked in food service so I get it - you're busy and overwhelmed. However, when we got there and placed our order, the manager/owner came out and began yelling at the girl working the front counter for leaving a batch of edamame in the steamer, he continued yelling at her the whole time we were trying to order! Unprofessional and rude, I felt so sorry for her. Then after eating our meals (some of my chicken wasn't cooked properly, and the veggies were brown and obviously on their last leg) all of us in the house have been experiencing varying levels of food poisoning for the last two days. I ordered a large teriyaki chicken bowl all white meat. The chicken was rubbery and tasted like lighter fluid! They were also passing out orders to the wrong people. I always go to Samurai sams for my teriyaki chicken but thought I'd try and branch out. I gotta say I don't think I will be back to samurai sams. Tasteless food, I ordered yakisoba with shrimp. Got three pieces of shrimp one sliver of vegetable and a mound of undercooked noodles at tasted like cardboard and miso soup was just as awful. I pretty much paid for cardboard in the form of noodles. I will never go back there again read more

Stopped by on my walk through town! And I was so pleased their food is so yummy and the services were wonderful! I wish I could remeber the name of the guy who was workin. Front counter but unfortunately I can't! He was so nice and made sure me and my boyfriend were served quickly! I also asked for a water cup and filled it with the tea they had out! I've been going to this spot long enough to see 3 different crews, assuming this meant 3 different owners. Food was always excellent but today's visit meant so much more! Starving and anxious after leaving the Dr.'s office (after finding out I have food allergies), I decided to come here because rice is on the approved food list. The menu display was upgraded, place was clean, and I didn't recognize anyone that worked there (3rd new crew). When asked about certain ingredients, the cashier and cook were extremely genuine, helpful, and accomodating! I just wanted to give them a big hug because they went out of their way to make sure my meal was prepared accordingly. 5 stars for the food and service!! I'll keep coming back :) read more

I have been ordering lunch at Yogis for my office weekly for the last two years. Over the last few months we have noticed the quality decreasing and the price rising. They add ridiculous charges for spicy mayo!?!?! We no longer feel the cost for a shrimp tempura roll with a side of spicy mayo is a good deal $9.77 with the spicy mayo charge. Absolutely ridiculous. Thankfully there are better sushi restaurants close by that appreciate their customers. Yogis does not. read more

This place is more of a fastfood type. I oreder yakisoba butter noodle with beef and miso soup. The food was served on styrofoam. The soup was hot and was serves in a foam cup. Moments ago I was expecting the best experience for my boyfriend at Yogi's. Let me say I was NOT expecting the experience I received. If could I would give this place no stars, I've been going to Yogi's for a little over 6 months now I always order with my work. so I decided to take my boyfriend here for the first time dinning in and let me say I have never gotten worse service and been treated so rudely before at a restaurant. From the beginning of our experience the cashier was extremely rude, she had a bad attitude and was not helpful. After taking her order we then proceeded to wait for our food, the atmosphere was nice and the restaurant was clean, however the quality of service was absolutely horrible. we waited for 30 minutes for food which was simple chicken bowls, nowhere near in the right time, it was to the point where the lady behind us had received her food 5 minutes before us although she had order her food 10 minutes after us. when we received our food we received it as to eat in, then we kindly asked for the food to go. This is when the quality of service got even worse, the cashier then proceeded to go to the back which was still right in front of us. She then proceeded to bad mouth Us in Spanish presuming that we did not speak the language. However we understood it loud and clear. her and her co-workers did not care too much that we spoke Spanish as well when they resumed talking poorly of us in Spanish AGAIN, saying that we had ordered our food wrong then we pointed out that we ordered it correctly as shown on our receipt and yet it was just given to us incorrectly. among the entire time the staff however did not even care that there was other customers in the restaurant while they were acting careless and talking down on us customers. During this time we waited another 5 minutes to receive our food and at the end our cashier did not even apologize for any of their rude comments, attitudes, or the actions of her and her co-workers. Least to say I will never return here. With the rude staff the food was DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT. read more

I am a Yogis fan, I travel in-town for work and if I'm near a yogis it's a no brainer to get a spicy bowl and sushi roll. But this particular location's service is the WORST customer service that I've ever experienced anywhere. The order is never taken correctly. If you attempt to fix it, there is alway someway they excuse the incorrect order with maybe that the customer may have been mistaken. Sure, maybe their right. But when I come to this location (maybe 2 times in a month) there is ALWAYS something wrong with my order? The next closest Yogis is Biltmore area. This is what I must deal with. Smh. read more

The chicken to rice ratio is great most teriyaki chicken bowl places give you way too much rice for the amount of chicken you get which is annoying because who wants to eat a huge bowl of plain white rice.
